This villa property is a bright open enormous 1285 square foot fully refinished two bed, two bath villa on the 9th floor of the newer Konea tower at Honua Kai. An expansive 50 foot span of floor to ceiling folding glass lanai doors provide incredible views of the Maui mountains, a partial view of the ocean, and provides access from both bedrooms and living room to a lanai which runs the full length of the space. This is the ideal villa if you are looking for both space and view. The living/dining/kitchen area light and open, and is quite spacious, easily accommodating an additional roll-away bed or two. This unit has new carpet, paint, a 75” TV w/Sonos soundbar and new living room furniture, including a memory foam sofa bed. The light open feeling you get in this unit is amazing. It is quite simply an upper level treasure!! In addition to the partial ocean view and mountain view, this suite overlooks a beautiful addition to the Honua Kai resort, the Luana complex, which includes new two-story homes surrounding three additional pools and beautifully landscaped common areas.

I was a little hesitant on renting this property but OMG, best investment every. Beautiful location, plenty of things to do. Love the multiple pool selection. There’s a little general store on site that had all the little necessities we needed. Walk out to the beach and secured parking. Our unit was exceptionally cleaned when we walked in. Very roomy, bathrooms were large. Our family had such a wonderful time in a short amount of time. Will definitely rent again when I return to Maui.

We loved staying here! The room was really big. We loved having a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The host also provides beach chairs and umbrellas and the room is stocked with everything you need. We were sad to leave!

Really enjoyed this property. It was spacious, clean, & quiet. Also liked that it was so close to the elevator. Could hear the elevator at night but thats because it was middle of the night when guests are sleeping. Never noticed it once I was sleep. Also enjoyed the views of the mountains & water.

Accommodations were as pictured, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious, enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching rainbows in the afternoon over the mountains. Unit provided everything needed for a day at the beach; beach towels, boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrella and ice chest.

The grounds are lush with tropical flowers and greenery. Numerous swimming pools with fun features: twisty slide, lagoons, water falls, toddler friendly features, hot tubs. Beautiful, modern, & spacious lobby. Gas BBQs galore. Sandy beach right behind resort pool area. Quiet and clean condos; our rooms were quite large as well as a long balcony - perfect for entertaining.
We would definitely return to Hanua Kai for another vacation!

This was an amazing experience. Beautiful resort with amazing beach. Also awesome swimming pool and kid friendly. Best part was that it was in central location. Definitely will book again and recommend family and friends. 5 out 5. Do it. Its worth it.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! It is super well maintained and the hotel itself is fantastic as well! The staff are amazing and the grounds are immaculate. It’s also in the perfect location and really central to everything on this side of the island! We will DEFINITELY be staying again!

This property is great for a family of three or more with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The Lanai was gorgeous and just gave you such a view of the hills it was very attractive. Nice to have chairs and things for the beach that we could use, the kitchen was clean and had useful utensils, TV was great which we hardly ever use because we were so busy doing fun things on Maui!

Condo was very large and had 2 masters and a giant patio, came with beach package and fully stocked kitchen, the management company was very quick to respond to all of our questions before and during our stay.
