The hotel is under a full-blown remodel yet there's still running rooms there's jackhammering grinding demo noises for most of the day.Remodel away, but give a person a chance to make the decision if they want to go there under those conditions. And a charge full price for something like that is ridiculous. I would never stay there again. Staff is friendly and nice that's about it.
Room key kept getting deactivated which was frustrating. Certainly not the same since Covid…. Pool sandals were taken from under my pool lounge …. Gone for maybe 20 mins. The hotel staff were fabulous but the lady in the store / gift shop was very cranky every time we went in.

This was our third time staying at this beautiful property (first time with kids). We had a wonderful time and were impressed by all of the available activities. Can't wait to return!
The staff was super friendly, the condo was clean and well stocked (only down side there is no stove top/oven in unit-have to go to community kitchen on lower level)grounds and pool were beautiful, well equipped work out room and fun activities for kids, and location on Kaanapali was spectacular. We will be back.
Very nice condo with beautiful views from the 7th floor looking at both the ocean to the right and mountains to the left. The property is loaded with great amenities for families including multiple pools, tons of lounge chair options and food options directly on property. We had hoped there would be a full kitchen but we managed fine by utilizing the community kitchen many times. This was perfect for our family. Kids had to use the pull-out sofa but it worked out well. We had a memorable time and it was a clean, nice room with good management throughout our stay.
Would definitely book it again !!!!!

When booking accommodations over the internet you never know exactly what you're going to find when you arrive. We could not have been happier. Everything was perfect. We had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed and the view was spectacular.
We had the best time this trip! The views where spectacular! The resort is awesome and great for families! We love it so much we can't wat to come back and own ourselves ! Maui reality was great!
