Awesome area to stay. Everything is right here for a relaxing vacation. Ocean steps away, 3 beaches in walking distance: one for snorkel one for body surf. Walking trail out side the door. The size of the unit and beach front is perfect. Walk, hike, snorkel, swim, bolder, watch the sun rise and set everyday. It?s a Good place to stay. KBM is responsive with nice customer service. I recommend staying here.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there are issue you need to know. First, the entryway to the bathroom is unsafe. The tile was not finished with a rounded threshold causing a hazard when exiting the bathroom.Because there is exposed tiles at th entrance

Overly spacious, extremely clean, location amazing and parking so easy. The view and peaceful location of this condo is fabulous. The trail system behind the unit is lovey. It is so much larger in person than online and everything was advertised perfectly. We would re-rent with ease here again.

Amazing villa! We loved it. Everything we needed was right there. We had an issue with our A/C the second day and called for assistance and a maintenance staff member was there within an hour or so. Great customer service and perfect accommodations! We will be back!

Working with KBM to rent this property was easy and their staff were extremely professional. We loved the condo, especially the location. Could not recommend this condo or renting with KBM higher. I researched many rental locations and feel I made a perfect choice. The photos do not do it justice.
