Good location. Great view from the lanai and just down the road from Green Flash Coffee. Impressively clean for being so close to the beach and a well-stocked kitchen. Nice pool at the property too.

The condo was great. We loved the large comfortable lanai that had many chairs and spent every morning there seeing many whales. I was concerned the condo didn’t have air conditioning but it was not an issue at all since the ocean breeze and fans kept us very comfortable. The condo was clean and had nice carpet. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay including coolers, beach towels. Umbrellas, beach chairs and a washer and dryer. Also the kitchen was well stocked with a few staples and plenty of cookwares. Enjoyed our stay, we would stay there again and would recommend this condo.
Staying at Kona Coast Apt 227 ended up being a very pleasant experience. The apt has everything an out of town visitor seeking to enjoy Hawaii would expect to have (towels, umbrellas, utensils, beach toys, floats, basic household paper towels, aluminum foil, saran wraps, laundry, dishwasher and even a smart cooker). The communication before arrival, during the say and prior to departure was very good ; the representatives were very responsive - the view of the sunsets from the lanai was great. Compared to another firm competing with VRBO, this was a very pleasant experience overall. Definitely recommend it.
Fantastic Ocean view condo. Went to sleep with the relaxing sounds of the ocean waves. Saw dolphins from the lanai. Ate dinner every night on the lanai watching the sunset. Great for 2 people. Could sleep 3-4 but would be a little crowded. Well furnished. Mahalo, we will be back!

Great walking distance to town for coffee, eats, etc. great view off Lanai . Noisy bathroom fan, need to be more specific where to take garbage. Says there is signage, none to be found . Otherwise had a great stay.
Had an amazing stay and view! A little smaller in person than the photos show, but plenty of space for our family of 3 adults. Clean and plenty of beach gear in the closets!
Great view, comfortable beds, and complete kitchen-ware.
No air conditioning. Fan works great but prefer air-con. Add beach chairs and surfing board would be a super plus.
