This ocean front complex has a wonderful pool with fully equipped bar-b-que and entertainment area. Being approx. This well-maintained Oceanfront complex is located right on the famous Alii Drive! It is in a great location - only a short walk to the center of town and easy to explore the rest of the island from here. To the north along Alii Drive, it is approximately one mile to the restaurants and shops in Kailua-Kona, and less than two miles to Kailua Pier. To the south along Alii Drive, Magic Sands Beach Park and the popular snorkeling spot, Kahalu'u Beach Park, are both within three and half miles. For a day-trip, you can get to the beautiful white sand beach at Hapuna Beach State Park in less than an hour.

Great walking distance to town for coffee, eats, etc. great view off Lanai . Noisy bathroom fan, need to be more specific where to take garbage. Says there is signage, none to be found . Otherwise had a great stay.

Had an amazing stay and view! A little smaller in person than the photos show, but plenty of space for our family of 3 adults. Clean and plenty of beach gear in the closets!

We stayed at this property for 4 days and we had a blast. The local manager was responsive and very attentive to a couple of questions we had during our stay. The condo was in good condition, it is a little older but it’s well maintained and equipped with all the goodies for a day at the beach. The community pool was not crowded, and the kids enjoyed it. The conveniently placed gas grills were also very useful for a quick BBQ during the early evening. The view of the water from the lanai was spectacular during sunset!! The only issue was the extra charge for “other services” by VRBO, this was never disclosed in any of the itemized pricing. I would give the property 5 stars and VRBO 1 star for sneaking in the unlisted fee. Try and book it directly through their management company or some other website.

College friend and Icelebrating our 48 year friendship. This condo was perfect. Beautiful views from the lanai, near downtown Kona , trolly service was very useful. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. One of the highlights was the octopus farm !!! Wonderful !!!
