We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close the room was to the parking lot. It made traveling with an infant easy.

Perfect 1 bedroom for a family of 3. More than enough space and conveniently close to the parking lot— ground floor.
Had an absolutely wonderful. The location of the room was perfect, very close to the beach and parking. My only complaint was that people continuously walked across our patio right in front of the door so we chose to keep the curtains closed. This is by far the best resort in the area if not in all of Kauai!!! Thanks for a great stay!!
We had a wonderful time. The area is amazing. Close to plaza across the street, if you have to walk anywhere . The condo was clean very nice. Don't know how to add photo.

This is my favorite place to be on the island. G103 is cozy and well-equipped. All that I needed. Not really “Garden view” more like some nice plantings between very small lanai and parking lot, but easy walk to all sorts of beauty just beyond the hallway.
We truly enjoyed our one week stay at this condo. Everything was clean, communication was great via texts when we needed extra blankets. We enjoyed the sliding door which took us right out to the parking lot to access our car. Bringing in grocery was easy. My only complaint is the shower water pressure was very low, but we managed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from dishes, knives, grater, and rags. Just bring in your own grocery. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We loved our stay!! The place provided all that we needed from beautiful kitchen, privacy and wonderful amenities. We loved to come home after a day of adventure to the on site pool and jacuzzi. The central location on the island made for perfect day treks to all parts of the island.
Great location...15 minutes to airport. Centrally located to get to Hanalei or Poipu. It was perfect.
The property was very warm and welcoming and easy to navigate. The neighbors were very friendly and the pool was a lot of fun! Would recommend to friends and family.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely lovely. The place was beautiful, and the pool and beach access were phenomenal. The location is perfectly centered on the island making it 45 minutes either way to the South or North shore. The restaurant on site (Oasis on the beach) was the best place we ate the whole trip. Across the street was Waileau which had bomb shaved ice! Our flight was delayed and we arrived late but contacted the host and they were so responsive and understanding. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Great, convenient location to the beach, grocery store, pool, and local shopping. The property was laid out great for our family and provided a great space for our weeks long vacation. The property manager always responded quickly if we had a question about our stay. Would definitely stay at the property again!
We were just here in December but a different unit same management. We loved this unit just as much! Beautiful and clean! Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The grounds are gorgeous! We love the gym and how it’s so close to markets etc. The pool looks beautiful but we have only used the Jacuzzis at night because we never get out of the ocean during the day! We also love the central location and the lovely town of Kapaa!
We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and the beach/pool area was great. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was scenic with great food and drinks.

The location and the pool were both 5 stars. Kapaa is a great town to use as base camp to explore Kauai and it has many charms of its own. The unit had a few quirks like a bathroom door that wouldn't latch and soap dispenser that wouldn't work, but overall it was a fantastic accommodation. We would stay again.
