There are elevators for all buildings, and from the upper parking lot level there are only 9 stair steps up to 4th floor level.
Enjoy the oceanfront swimming pool and soak in the jetted hot tub, or just relax with a good book in one of the poolside or lawn lounge chairs. Join friends/family in the covered cabana for a BBQ using one of the complimentary BBQ's, while enjoying a favorite tropical beverage.
From your own spacious private lanai, enjoy a morning cup of Kona coffee or afternoon favorite tropical beverage while appreciating nature at its finest; feeling the rhythm of the sea happening just 60 feet in front of you. For your convenience, there are several elevators in the complex, with 9 stair steps involved to get to the top 4th floor unit after using the elevator.

Great location. The homeless camp at the driveway is an eye sore. The bedroom carpet was disgusting. Looks like blood or wine stains. Bed was comfortable. Great views. Close to town. Comfy furniture. Have to take stairs after the elevator. Had problem with management Co. Sending us an email saying we smoked in the unit. Took time to straighten that out. It was meant for previous guest.

I literally did hours of research before deciding on this property and was not disappointed! I chose this property because of the amazing view and its proximity and walking distance into town. The management company and check in process was flawless. They did a great job communicating ahead of time and answered all of my questions. The condo is exactly as described and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the surfers and were able to enjoy the sunset right from our balcony. I don’t think there is a spot in town that has a better view. The location of the condo was perfect walking distance into town for a drink, shops and lots of restaurants. Also Loved that we were right next-door to a small beach

Our stay in this location was great! The view from the balcony was so beautiful! We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. The condo was comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to downtown Kona and convenient to all the sights on this side of the Island.
