This house was amazing. Not only did it smell incredibly clean, it actually was. The kitchen was well equipped. The yard/pool/patio area was even better than the listing photos. The space/size of house was perfect for our family of 6 to spend time together as well privately. Not having to bring/buy anything other than food made the price well worth it. We had a minor issue with lock upon arrival which was quickly resolved with the staff of rental agency.
We loved our stay at this property. The neighborhood was perfectly located near downtown, but felt like a private oasis. Would definitely stay again.
The place was awesome! The back yard and pool were peaceful, the kitchen was great for cooking. It had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. In general the property was clean and organized. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms had a strong mildew odor when the air conditioner was used. We would stay again. This was a great location with its proximity to Kona and other activities.
This property was even better than the listing. Convenient location for our activities of choice (scuba diving and snorkelling) and lots of space for each family group to relax but also socialize and eat together. Wouldn't change a thing. Amazing rental.
It was the perfect location for our stay. The house offers more than enough space and was perfectly clean. The agency answered all our requests extremely quick and could help us with all issues (before as well as during our stay). It is only a short drive to Kona and there is a small footpath that connects the gated area with Ali'i drive.
We really enjoyed our stay and can recommand the house if you are travelling with a bigger group.
One and only potential: The kitchen area could offer a little bit more equipment such as cutlery, cups.
The house was perfect for our vacation, quiet neighborhood, the ocean views were spectacular. We enjoyed sitting outside, having our morning coffee & sunsets were incredible. The house was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back on staying at this property.
Beautiful house and location for my family, everything we needed was there in the house. Kids loved the pool and available pool toys.

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Well stocked, beautifully furnished and very clean. Loved the pool and outdoor space. Beautiful sunset and water views.
Spacious house that is laid out well for a large family or several friends. House sits on a corner lot with a view of the ocean and has a great backyard with patio and pool.
This was a great place to stay. The concierge, David, was very helpful. A few things that we noticed that need work:
The slider from the kitchen to the pool came off 3 times. The retractable close line in the garage was broken. We were not correctly instructed when the pool and garden service personnel were going to be present. The master bathroom tub was not clean.
We were thrilled with our rental - stayed for 8 days with our adult children, their partners, and our 1 year old grandson. Everything was as promised - clean, well stocked, and very spacious. Just a few minutes drive into town and beaches, though we did spend several afternoons enjoying the pool as well. Mahalo!
What a great vacation home! The house worked brilliantly for us - lots of space to be together and also to have separate quiet time - inside and out. Beautifully landscaped providing private back yard living space. The home was very clean and well equipped. All of our generations loved it and highly recommend this home!
Perfect for large family!! Pool toys/ games/ sand toys / beach chairs and grill. Beautiful sunset and ocean views from backyard! Only thing missing was a crib. Over all perfect family vacation!!
