We loved our stay here to celebrate our daughterâs 19th Birthday. House was wonderful - VERY clean and just as described with best stocked kitchen we have had. The back yard/lanai was the best part - already missing our morning coffees and breakfasts out on the lanai. Perfectly located - close enough to Kona but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful quiet. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at this home with my family of five. The backyard was one of the most beautiful places on the island. The house is clean and well stocked. Everything was as described in the listing.

We loved staying here. It was beautiful and had many amenities with lots of outdoor living space and foliage. We thought the pool could have been cleaner (the homeâs rule book said someone would be by to clean it weekly, but that did not happen. The pool vacuum also seemed to be broken or not working). The homeâs rule book also read a little like âstay here, but donât have funâ. It gave obvious suggestions like be respectful with noise and also many great ideas for local places to visit. But then it also said things like âdonât do cannon balls in the poolâ which seemed excessive. The home was very clean, though, and nicely furnished. Someone put liquid hand soap in one of the bathroomâs foam hand soap dispenserâs which rendered the soap in that bathroom basically useless, but that was a minor thing to us with a simple fix to the grocery store. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again! Just please clean the pool better next time. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed for two weeks and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was amazing with beautiful views, an amazing pool and lanai, and great kitchen for cooking. The house is really close to shopping, but also in a beautiful, and quiet, neighborhood. We had an issue with the washer as well as some little fire ants (LFA), but the rental property management team was impressively responsive. Within hours, the washer was fixed and the hot tub area treated for ants.
