We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sands! The condo literally overlooked the ocean right behind the wave break. We had a beautiful view during the day, and heard the crashing waves at night! We even saw dolphins and a sea turtle!
The place was very clean and comfortable and located conveniently near many favorable places. And the price was right! Thanks to our hosts!
The property is clean. Amazing location.. no nee dto go somehwere for anorkling as its really in fromt of your unit. Beach area very clean and easy accessible. Very quiet and the facilities are also very clean and organized. The only suggestion I have is to give direction of the unit location and the office because there was no sign and we did not know where fhe unit was. We have to circle the parking and walk around. But other than that this is difinitelly a repeater and highly suggested. Thank you
We had such an amazing time! This is not a high dollar property but it was perfect! Right on ocean! Walk to the shops. The condo had everything we needed. We wanted to move there and stay. Can’t wait to go back!
Nice condo, great sitting on the lanai listening to the ocean.
Very easy to find. Close to a variety of locations. Traveling to any part of the island was easy. We saw turtles off the balcony most days. We are fortunate enough to see whales playing off the balcony as well ❤️. We had a great time and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place and the view.
The unit was perfect for four people. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The place was roomy and comfortable. We arrived after hours ( 1 AM ) so had trouble finding the condo. We were not told the washing machine didn’t work and hadn’t for over a month. We would had to have found laundry facilities elsewhere. We didn’t know where to park so received a towing warning the first day. Garbage under the bed was a bit disturbing but the rest of the unit was very clean. Overall a god place to stay if they can deal with those few issues.
The condo was as described in the listing. It appeared clean and had all the necessities. The only complaint as far as the condo goes is that there were ants EVERYWHERE. The management company, Chase and Rainbows were not great. We were not told that the washer was not usable, the access code to the pool was not correct therefore we couldn't use the pool, and we were not informed prior to arrival which parking spot was dedicated to the rental, and the form that needs to be displayed in your car was not left for us to fill out. I contacted the management company the day after we arrived, since we arrived late at night. I was told they would offer a discount for their mistakes. 3 weeks later and after several calls they have finally processed the refund. I also had to call prior to my stay to get the code to enter the condo as it was not sent as promised in the emails. The location and condo itself were fine, and worked for us while we were there. It's the hassle with the management company that made the stay less than wonderful.

The property was beautifully kept, condo was beautifully decorated. It was right off the shore. Beds were comfortable!
Nice location and in good condition. The only negative thing would be the very small parking space with difficult access. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Maui! Clean, comfortable with everything you need. Quiet and away from the noise. Location is minutes away from great snorkeling beaches. Spectacular sunsets over dinner on the lanai. Great takeout places walking distance.
We visited for our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular, especially when we could whale watch from the room and deck every morning.
Parking was a little tight at times (mainly because the lot was full), but it was nice having an assigned spot so we weren't scrambling to find parking.
The room was clean and spacious. We didn't use the kitchen or dining room much this trip, but would be great if you're coming here with family or friends.
We were familiar with the neighborhood and appreciated how easily walkable it is to several grocery stores/markets (Times, ABC) and also lots of restaurants nearby (Papi's Ohana, Bad A** Coffee, Slappy Cakes, and especially the food truck park).
