Property manager jacked us for an extra $$$x100 a week before we arrived claiming 'taxes' but others in our group that stayed in the same complex had no such problem. Unit could have been a lot cleaner. Dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers. Bathrooms were full of dead gnats (everywhere else also, but that's where you could easily see them on the white floors, toilets, tubs, and sinks). Screens do not fit windows...The property is in need of a remodel. And these issues were also not shared by the other group. Other units in the same complex were much nicer. The location is fantastic. Nice beach area, away from big crowds, awesome view from deck.
We have stayed at a few condos at Kahana outrigger. Definitely one of our top family holiday places. Beautiful beaches, going to bed and waking up to sound of the waves, steps to the beach, clean and quiet. We have seen whales, and turtles from our deck. Turtles swim right by the beach. Amazing snorkeling in bays just north of here 5-10 min drive. 10-15kins to Lahaina shopping and restaurants. I Would 💯 recommend staying here. Thank you for such great family memories 😎
Loved this condo and location. Upstairs bedroom desperately needs ability to control sun and resulting heating of room. Condo is very well equipped with everything you may need!
Spectacular few days with family in picture perfect setting!
The unit needs a few upgrades to the kitchen and especially the AC units for those hot days. Those are my only two negatives. The place is spacious and was comfortable for our group. The view is to die for. We spent so much time on the balcony of on the beach just steps away. The ocean sounds at night were so soothing. This place is fantastic. I hope they do the very minimal updates to the unit, but even if they didn’t, we’d absolutely stay here again.
Air conditioning did not work, many lights out , dirty, beach ok but could not snorkel, really not in a good location for Maui

We arrived to a condo unit that had not been cleaned and was covered in trash and smelled. After a call to the rental office, a cleaning crew that was understaffed arrived around 6:30 or 7 to clean the place. Besides for that, the location was beautiful and we had a great time.

Great family vacation. Beautiful property.
This is our second time staying in this complex. Last time we came in spring the beach was beautiful right out our door. This time (Fall), it was non-existent, due to higher tides, rougher water, and Rocky shore. We wish we would have known that as we would have picked a different spot. The place itself was nice. Only complaints were the multiple dead cockroaches we found inside and some broken screens which prevented us from opening all the windows.
Overall a really nice unit. The rooms were all a good size as were the bathrooms. Kitchen is well supplied. Cleaning folks could do a better job and it would be nice if there were beach towels. I’m sure most folks are flying to Hawaii and don’t have room for their own towels. Also the beach chairs need to be replaced.
