My best friend and I took a last minute trip to Maui. We found this condo and it was perfect for us!
Good place to stay, half an our drive from
airport. I worry about sleeping on sofa beds so I decided to stay here since there is 2 beds.
Room is on ground floor so easy access, short walk to the beach, maybe 2-3 minutes. Beach is nice, there are few trees right above beach with benches, if you want shaded area to sit at. Parking is close. Pool is close. Room looks into garden area with palm trees and little fountain, very cute. They provide beach chairs, sun umbrella, sand toys and surfing board for kids. They also provide beach towels and everything you need to start like kitchen paper, small shampoo. I did not want to cook on vacation, but there is still big fridge an microwave in a room, all dishes provided, you can make sandwiches, etc and eat on table outside. When I left some drinks out ants came in but as soon as I put everything away it was ok. They worn about it too. Only problem is one day we could hear people from next room talking, when they realized it they kept it down. Good place, I would go back.
It was a very nice place to stay. We had family at the next complex so it was very convenient! The beach chairs were great, but someone took our boogie board. The parking was a nightmare after 8pm. I also wish we had more food staples.
Centerslly located, walking distance to restaurants, but unit is Cramped, linen in poor condition, no area for food prep, microwave set high above frig - inappropriate for normal use, no table, chairs to eat inside unit.
The place was great! It was clean and very well kept. It had great amenities including beach gear such as chairs, towels, an umbrella, and snorkel gear. Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked. All of this was very much appreciated. The grounds had two pools with hot tubs and grills. I have nothing bad to say. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!
The curtains did not bkock the sunlight from coming into the bedroom at 6am. We were woken up every morning of our vacation . The washer / dryer was broken . The cable did not work so no TV. Not enough sheets & towels were provided . No parking pass , codes or keys to the facilities were provided . Many problems and no one wanted to help us make out vacation easy . We were extremely disappointed . We made many phone calls and not one person tried to help us .This unit was not worth the money . I have stayed at this property before and loved it . They really failed on this unit. I feel taken advantage of by this rental experience ! I WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN !!!
WE were not provided with access code to the room. We had to call to get the code. Our room is used by other people when we arrived at 2:00 PM. Management people said it is normal.
There are no blankets for the sofa bed. The pillow cases smells. Carpet smells.
They changed the wifi login and password but they didn't notify us. It took us three days to have access to wifi.
There are no enough toilet paper. We have to purchase ourselves. We were told by management.
cooking utensils are dirty and cooking seasonings are outdated. A lot of problems...I have not time to expound here.
