The Papakea is a great family resort! It has spacious beautiful grounds, big pools, and lots of green space for the kids to run around. This unit had a nice view of pool and ocean it was comfortable accommodation for our young family of 4. Would definitely come back to stay here again!
My overall opinion is stay here if you get a good rate. It was clean, comfortable and has a good whale watching balcony. My main criticism is that the listing says “many updates”. I stayed in 2 other units on the property that both had many more. This place had weird fluorescent lighting panels in the kitchen, what seemed like some sort of old vinyl flooring, and super janky carpet in the bedroom. The bathroom shower seemed new.
The only reason for not a 5 star is the kitchen has not been updated. Fairly equipped. The view was perfect. Bed comfortable. The booking agent, My Perfect Stays, was exceptional. I would book this property again.
We loved this place! Beautiful view ! You can play some mini golf ⛳️ and swim or even relax in the hot tub ! We use the TV at night and it didn’t have cable if that was cable it super basic not an issue for us but we did hear people complaining about wanting to watch a game… Had an odd experience with the people who stayed next door we over herd them talking about our door code because they stayed their before so we alerted the front desk and they contacted the mgr and in less then 20 minutes we had a locksmith knocking on our door to reset the code!! It was kind of a bummer with the people next door they smoked cigarettes which isn’t allowed your only allowed to smoke in the parking lot they have a map where you can if you do. We loved the ABC store that was and hop and skip away they have good breakfast doughnuts and other food!! This place is a win win.
G207 offers good views of the ocean from the lanai and is close to the pool and barbecue grill area. The unit needs to be updated. My Perfect Stays came in during our stay to measure for new kitchen appliances, which are definitely needed. The carpet in the bedroom is really old and dirty and should be removed. The same is true for the area rug in the living area. The bedroom closet doors should be replaced as they are old painted wood and difficult to slide open and closed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Appreciated the extra paper products and dishwasher and washing machine detergent and dryer sheets provided for our two-week stay.
My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. They had everything we needed and the resort was breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here!

We couldn't have found a better place to stay with an epic view, all the amenities we needed, comfortable bedding, between all our favorite beaches and restaurants, and walkable to ABC Store, groceries and coffee!
We love this resort! The grounds are gorgeous and the condo was perfect! Can't wait to go back!
First, we would stay in the resort again. However, room g207 is a little dated and we never got to use all of the perks (snorkeling, golf, tennis,etc) we only got one mask and two snorkels, three putters and no balls, two tennis balls and no rackets. The ac cover would not stay closed. Finally, the day we got there at the resort in the sign in desk the lady, Honey, was extremely rude. When we got into our room the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had a repair guy come in and “fix it”. It would work once then not again. Because it was too late to have a repair man we were forced to use a different rooms bathroom in a different wing. They did fix our bathroom. Just a heads up the toilet was barely flushing and I’m sure they’ll have the same problem as we did. After all of that we still loved the resort and can’t wait for next year.
We so much enjoyed our stay here. Napili is a great location to be in!
