View from balcony is amazing. The place had everything we needed and was within walking distance to lots of restaurants.
The property is beautiful and right next to a large park. Lots of green space to enjoy relaxing, exercising and being outside. It is right in the middle of so many things to do and see. From shopping to food, the opportunities are endless. The walks on the boardwalk along the water front is awesome and was very enjoyable, even at night.
The condo is VERY well supplied with all things needed to enjoy your stay. All you need is a few groceries from the ABC store (within walking distance) or the Wal-Mart or Safeway a short drive away. From the kitchen to the very relaxing living in room furniture, we had everything we needed to relax, including all the beach tools (chairs, etc).
Each morning, the ocean is alive with surfers, boats and ocean life, The 14th floor view is incredible to watch it all. And the big surprise, they shot off fireworks for us on Friday night. Well, the Hilton does it EVERY Friday night and the entire community knows about it. So everyone shows up on the beaches, in the park and all around the area to watch. Our condo is directly toward the HIlton area so we relaxed in our lounge chairs and enjoyed the show. It was a wonderful addition to our trip.
Amazing view!! Even saw a sea turtle from the beach! What is shown in the photos is what you can expect! Place was extremely clean. Only one issue the entire time. It was discovered by the property manager upon checkin that the refrigerator wasn’t working. Hadn’t heard from the property manager in a few days (due to weekend). Reached out on Monday and had a mini fridge by Tuesday due to the appliance guy unable to look at and fix. Overall, great experience and would recommend to others!

It was a wonderful 6 days. I wish I could have stayed longer.The rooms are oceanfront, breakfast is served on the lanai, and it is the ultimate in luxury.The rooms were clean and comfortable.One disappointment was that the shower stall was very poorly drained.Perhaps this is a problem with the Waikiki Shore building itself.I would appreciate it if you could address this issue as soon as possible, as I feel the “poor drainage” every time I stay at the Waikiki Shore.The shower was almost watery on one day during our stay. Other days were fine.I would like to stay here again next time.
Great view facing the sunset. Close to the beach and area restaurants. Full kitchen for those who like to prepare their own meals. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our time in Hawaii and was our second stay at Waikiki Shores. Property is well located and maintained and is in easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Friday night fireworks viewed from the lanai were an added bonus. Paul was great and met us at the condo and went through things with us and was responsive to any queries during our stay. Thanks again.

At low tide, there were a lot of rocks in the water, but if you wear water shoes, it's fine. At low tide, I recommend walking down the beach to swim in front of the Hilton where there are fewer rocks. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Overall, it was very good. However, when I opened the storage room a few times, there was a strong unpleasant odor, so I ended up leaving it open. Also, when I opened the cupboard, there was a smell , too. Additionally, the base of the decorative artificial flowers was extremely dusty, which was quite unpleasant. That aspect was very disappointing. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful time with the family, thanks in part to the accommodations at Waikiki Shores. The only (and I truly mean only) negative was toward the end of our stay and after getting much sun early in the week, we took the umbrella to a beach and it was broken. We survived however :)

Our property manager Paul was easy to get a hold of and very helpful! The property itself was beautiful and location was perfect. The only downside was the lobby was being renovated during our stay which we knew about ahead of time, but then the elevator stopped working on our last day thankfully. We were there during fireworks and had the perfect view of them from our balcony! Definitely would stay there again in the future!

The rental was as advertised and more. It came with all the kitchen essentials, bedding, and added pluses of beach chairs, body boards, and books to read. The unit was clean and well maintained. The sofa bed could us a new matress but I'm sure this is already on the owners list to do. The patio had plenty of chairs and a small table to enjoys the views. Having stayed here for 6 days with a good experience we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in 1412. It's a great unit and are looking forward to returning to that samw unit.
Fantastic property in great location and amazing views. Easy access to beach and local shopping and eateries. Cooking appliances and tools were top notch. Bring your own spices and basic ingredients (oil, sugar, etc). We appreciated washer/dryer which allowed us to pack lightly.
