This is a very well located condo in a charming small complex. The view is absolutely stunning. It’s just incredible to wake up every morning to spectacular ocean views. The complex has a lovely small clubhouse area and beautiful pool - they have a great menu for a quick lunch, and the service and staff are all very friendly. Two hints - no umbrellas at the pool so be aware if that is an issue for you, and if you’re planning on dinner at the clubhouse (it’s lovely), make reservations.
With regard to the condo, it’s very nice and clean-ish. Well decorated, very comfortable bed in the primary room and nice soft sheets. It’s obviously a place that gets a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom has leaky faucets and the shower is in desperate need of a very deep clean.
I can tell that the staff works hard to keep everything well stocked for beach outings, we found a closet full of towels chairs etc. We also used the kitchen extensively and found everything we needed.
All in all we had a lovely time and appreciated all of the hard work put into this condo.
Nice unit. Above average kitchen with very good appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Some reviews noted the unit did not have much for spices etc, but we found the unit well stocked.
Loved location of condo as well as the entire property. Quiet and well manicured. Beds and bedding were a dream! Host provided all the beach toys we needed! Restaurant and bar at the pool were an added bonus! Would tent again!

This condo was immaculate and comfortable, the location is amazing for whale watching off of the lanai, and The Ocean Club (Hali'i Kai's private restaurant) is steps away and is delicious. We only wish we would have eaten there earlier in our trip to try more of the menu. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Waikoloa/Puako.

Sitting on the back patio and enjoying that view is the most relaxing spot we could’ve asked for. Very conveniently located, we just couldn’t have been happier. Hope to stay here again and would recommend it to anybody.

Excellent property-clean, lovely view, well stocked for cooking and all the beach gear that one could need. The property itself is just a few minutes walk from the pool, a few minutes drive from the grocery/restaurants and within fifteen minutes of several excellent beaches. We'll be back!

We drove the Beach 69 several times (great snorkeling on the beach) and even tried the Hilton amenities (avoid these)....
