This unit is beautiful. Kitchen was stocked with every tool I would ever need to cook. Made life so much easier.
Kihei is great if you want to swim or snorkel. At least 8 good snorkel spots within 10 min drive.
This condo is in a great location and well stocked. It is false advertising to claim it sleeps 4. No one could sleep on the hide-abed, the mattress has springs sticking out of it. We piled up all the extra towels over the mattress the 1st night, then the rental company brought us an air mattress. For what I paid for the week, half if my group shouldn't be sleeping on the floor on an air mattress. I will agree with previous reviews that the floor in the condo was dirty. And there is no AC in the bedroom, no window that can be opened. A ceiling fan made it stuffy but doable in the winter, but it might be unpleasant in warmer months. The pool and property are well maintained and the view from the balcony is great. Just replace the hide-a-bed matress.
This property is not as advertised. Very dirty and run down. As other reviews suggested, the front door lock works about 30% of the time. Once we were given the right code (the one that was emailed for check in didn't work at all), we discovered that the door lock is broken and only engages sometimes.
If that was the only issue, this place would have been fine. But the bed. Oh my. The bed. It is literally broken. The springs on one side are obviously destroyed from... significant weight. This made sleeping extremely uncomfortable.
The kitchen was fine and shower was actually large and nice. The Lanai was not great. Sliding door is clearly broken and is very difficult to open. Not to mention it is super loud. Patio furniture needs replaced. One chair is broken and both seat pads are torn up, but hidden with newer pads placed on top.
Overall, I'd argue this property isn't fit to be rented until the major issues are fixed.
The front door digital lock does not work properly, it’s a hit or miss while trying to open door with the code. It needs to be fixed. It would take me 3-4 tries before door opened. The other issue was that there was a coffee pan with fungus in it, when I arrived on the property

This condo was great for our 2 week vacation. It's close to everything and an amazing beach is just a 1 minute walk away.
Thank you! We had a nice time, it was clean and had nice chairs for the beach and a good supply of towels.
Great location right across from the beach. Generally decent condo however a few amenities were lacking. Beach chairs and toys were provided as promised however they could use refreshing (especially the chairs). Some of the towels weren’t as clean and we ran out of toiletries provided pretty quick. Overall we had everything we needed to have a delightful stay in Maui!

This was a very comfortable unit. It well represented the listing and we enjoyed our 12 days here. The property is kept up so well and much attention to detail. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the beach chairs, but we were glad yo have them. The retal group was responsive and helpful on a couple of questions. You will have a nice time here!
Overall great choice. Could use better linens for sofa bed. Beach chairs are worn out and need replacing. Location can't be beat.
