After a shacky start (unit was not ready when we arrived with beds not made), it was a very good stay. by the time we got back from dinner, the condo was ready. Only issue we had after that was with the toilets - easily plugged and toitet plunger was an antique and had a split in the side so it would barely work. I bought a cheap plunger and it wored just fine. Left it in unit A.

We loved this hotel and the view and beach access were amazing. My kids (13,10,7) enjoyed the pool as well. The room was roomier than I imagined it would be. A small blow up mattress would be really nice for those of us with 3 kids (instead of one using the couch), as the main living space is right. We really appreciated the ice chest, boogie boards and floaties! Our only negatives were the level of cleanliness and tight parking spaces (SUV would have a very difficult time). The space needs the ceiling fans cleaned as well as under the beds swept/mopped. Overall we really loved that view and the old Hawaiian feel of the building.
Great location in a perfect area in Maui. AC system appeared to only work for the interior room. We made it work for the rest of the unit with fans.
The location was great! Very convenient with restaurant and store on first level. Beach very nice and clean. The condo was just as described in the listing. We opted for the “spare room” because we wanted to go to sleep with the sounds of the waves and wake up to the views. The master bedroom with the AC unit does not have any views. It faces the hallway. The master needed AC while we were there in June but the rest of the condo was comfortable with just the windows open and the ocean breeze. The condo was clean and well maintained as well. Would recommend condo 411 for sure. We didn’t want to leave.
