The condo was very nice and very clean. Location is just across the beach and they have beach towels in their closet and drawers. They also have a small cooler, umbrella and pool noodles at the patio you can use when you go to the beach. If you are going to cook, they have some spices there ready to be used. They also have supplies to do laundry and dishes. Overall, I am very satisfied and would like to go back.

The condo was very comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided. We liked the proximity to the pool/jacuzzi as well as to the beach. The lighting was good in the unit and all of the furniture and beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Having the in unit washer/dryer was great since we had wet sandy stuff to wash almost every day. It was nice and quiet and the grounds are well taken care of.
This was a great place for our family vacation.
Great location. Reported non functioning shower dispenser which was never fixed.. surprised there was no service during 9 day stay
We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was our family of 4 and a grandma. The second bedroom with 2 double beds was a must. We all slept great.The condo was so clean when we arrived, comfortable beds and so close to the pool. We all have a fabulous 2 weeks here.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Place was wonderful. Needs mirror in master,pullout needs new matress and dishwasher not cleaning dishes. But otherwise a wonderful place.
We were very pleased with the accommodation. With a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids), the layout worked very well and ample space for everybody.
The pictures are accurate to the condition of the unit, and everything was extremely clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped. There were lots of beach items available, including a wagon and cooler, which are nice to have at the beach. Beds were very comfortable, and having well functioning AC was appreciated.
The grounds grounds and pools at this property were well maintained.
I have no complaints about this unit, and would recommend to others. The property management group was very easy to communicate with, and helpful with a couple of my inquiries.
Pros: Perfect location across from Kamaole II beach. Lots of beach items for use: cart, umbrella, body boards, etc. Nice renovations. Close to pool. Ground floor unit. A/C units worked great for bedrooms and living room. Comfy beds!
Cons: couch is so uncomfortable to sit on. Not enough privacy from blinds in bedroom. Designated parking stall was occupied by another persons vehicle. Even when on site security notified, vehicle never moved. I used email to communicate with owners when on island as not using my cell phone. One email responded to with concerns and one not responded to.
My cons were minor. We figured out ways around them. Overall, nice stay.
Unit was big enough for 7 and easy walk to the beach, pool,hotub,grills etc. I would highly recommend.
Great first impression. Smelled musty when we first walked in, but we just needed to open up some doors. We arrived to a VERY clean condo. We loved being just a few feet from the pool. It was stocked with necessities. We are interested in staying this unit again in the future.

The Maui Banyan was close to Kam II which we saw a ton of turtles at. Our condo was a very short walk to the pool and had everything we needed. We loved it. Every kid had a little space even with six of them. Thank you!!!

Easy access from airport and to beaches. Great pools available. 2 suggestions maybe provide a drying rack for swimsuits and much much better bed pillows. Very flat. May want to do a little bug spray in kitchen. Had a few ants. But we LOVED it very much.
We had a family of six adults and one 15 month old. It was a little tight for all of us, but not too bad. The place was a few steps from the pool and about a 7 minute walk to the ocean. There were several shops/restaurants within walking distance. I gave a four star vs a five star due to the lack of incidentals. One roll of paper towels was annoying and very little seasoning options. I understand that people need to provide their own stuff, but a little more supplies goes a long way in customer satisfaction and a good overall feeling experience. In a nutshell, we enjoyed our five day stay and would consider staying here again.

This property was in a beautiful area next to the pool. Fit 5 adults and 3 children with no problem. Five minute walking distance to the beach and about 10-minutes to some local stores. Only issues we had was the spotty wifi and saw two roaches in the room (cable tv in the main room kept giving us loading errors.)
Other than this we would highly recommend staying at this venue
