Recently—and beautifully—renovated, Maui Banyan Q-109 is an idyllic condo for an idyllic vacation. Not only is the ground-floor unit across the street from Kamaole Beach II and a short walk from Kamaole Beaches I and III, but it’s also within a gorgeous resort that features swimming pools, tennis courts, and more amenities. It's perfect for grandparents and children!

Both of Maui Banyan Q-109’s bedrooms and its living room open onto a private patio. Lush foliage provides optimal privacy, while tables and chairs make it a lovely spot to begin the day with coffee and toast and to end the evening with a nightcap beneath the silvery moon.

The living area is just as restful as the patio. Decorated in serene blues and whites, it includes an HDTV with cable and a comfortable couch from which to watch your favorite shows. That couch, by the way, opens into a queen-size bed, enabling Maui Banyan Q-109 to sleep as many as eight people.

The dining area also accommodates eight people: six at the spacious table and two more at the adjacent breakfast bar. Given how many restaurants are within walking distance, you might intend to eat out for most of your meals. But with its sparkling stainless-steel appliances, gleaming white counters, and wealth of cookware and tableware, Maui Banyan Q-109’s kitchen just might entice you to cook and eat in. At the very least, you’ll appreciate the convenience of having a coffee maker for your morning cup of joe and a refrigerator to keep juice and wine cold.

Just off the living area is the primary bedroom. From the comfort of the queen-size bed, you can watch movies on the flat-panel TV, surf the web via the unit’s free WiFi, catch up on your reading, and let the salt-tinged ocean breeze lull you to sleep.

The 2nd bedroom is a studio apartment in and of itself. With two new double Casper beds, it can sleep four people, and it too has a flat-panel TV. Its en-suite bathroom, like Maui Banyan Q-109’s 2nd bathroom, includes a beautifully tiled shower and generous storage space. What’s more, the suite has its own kitchenette, complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.

As comfortable and relaxing as the condo is, you probably won’t be spending all that much time inside it. There’s simply too much to see and do just beyond its doors. The lushly landscaped Maui Banyan resort has two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is merely twenty feet away. ...

Great first impression. Smelled musty when we first walked in, but we just needed to open up some doors. We arrived to a VERY clean condo. We loved being just a few feet from the pool. It was stocked with necessities. We are interested in staying this unit again in the future.

The Maui Banyan was close to Kam II which we saw a ton of turtles at. Our condo was a very short walk to the pool and had everything we needed. We loved it. Every kid had a little space even with six of them. Thank you!!!

Easy access from airport and to beaches. Great pools available. 2 suggestions maybe provide a drying rack for swimsuits and much much better bed pillows. Very flat. May want to do a little bug spray in kitchen. Had a few ants. But we LOVED it very much.

We had a family of six adults and one 15 month old. It was a little tight for all of us, but not too bad. The place was a few steps from the pool and about a 7 minute walk to the ocean. There were several shops/restaurants within walking distance. I gave a four star vs a five star due to the lack of incidentals. One roll of paper towels was annoying and very little seasoning options. I understand that people need to provide their own stuff, but a little more supplies goes a long way in customer satisfaction and a good overall feeling experience. In a nutshell, we enjoyed our five day stay and would consider staying here again.
