Located at 240 Liliuokalani Ave, the Royal Moana is a few minutes walk to world class Waikiki beaches and was remodeled with the sole purpose of providing you a classy yet economical alternative to a hotel room. Ask yourself, why would I ever rent a room when I can rent a home? As you can see in the amenities, we have gone to great lengths to make sure these condos are truly your home away from home. Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished stylish one bedroom condos and 1 classic studio available.
The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a trundle day bed (2 twin beds) in the living area. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space during the day or shut them for a private bedroom.
ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

I would rate this place a 4/5. It was conveniently located in Waikiki close to all the shopping and restaurants. Be aware that there is a lot of homeless in this area. It is better to travel with a partner or more people when staying in this location. As for the rental itself, it was decently clean and came with laundry and amenities. There is AC, but it is difficult to get a nice even temperature because the AC unit is in the kitchen and there is a wall blocking the airflow to the bedroom. But with the right positioning of fans, it works out. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant.

Nice, clean condo and conveniently located but the street noise was annoying and crazies that hang out nearby was off-putting. But that is probably true anywhere in Waikiki.

The air conditioner was not working all the time especially at night and I requested twice for someone to come and check it and no one came. The ironing table was very dirty Other than that the apartment was ok
