Maui Vista 1210 sleeps up to four when the futon in the living room is used as a guest bed. When you walk into your condo you’ll enter an open-concept living space that encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen. This floor plan creates a sense of togetherness for you and your guests. No one will ever feel left out of the fun and conversation.
Your main living area leads through sliding glass doors out onto your balcony that overlooks the beautiful grounds of Maui Vista. There’s a table for two on your balcony where you can enjoy dinner, an evening cocktail, or a strong cup of Kona coffee in the morning.
Your living room has a large flat-screen TV with cable. You also have a VCR and DVD player to use during your stay. Just pop some popcorn and settle in to enjoy some of your favorite shows. You also have free Wi-Fi within Maui Vista 1210 so you can look over websites for area attractions and communicate with friends back home.
When it’s dinnertime, you have many restaurants and shops within walking distance of your condo. If you’d rather not cook, you certainly don’t need to. However, if you want to eat in on your condo dining table, you can barbecue steaks or seafood down at the community gas grills or cook a great meal in your kitchen that’s just off the living room. You’ll find everything you need in this kitchen to prepare and serve wonderful meals. Plus, the grocery is nearby so you can easily pick up your recipe’s ingredients.
Your community offers so many fun amenities. You’ll find three swimming pools each with plenty of chaise lounge chairs where you can soak up the sun. There are multiple tennis courts on site and equipment rentals available. Within Maui Vista 1210 you’ll find two beach chairs, two beach towels, and a large umbrella you can use across the street at Charley Young Beach, a family-friendly swimming beach with a gentle slope into the water.

While this place is in great location, it is in desperate need of a renovation. When we opened the door we were hit by the smell of must / mold; it is over-priced for the area.

We had to buy a knife to cut pineapple since all the knives were dull. Bed was good. Couch terrible.

Wonderful little place to stay. Comfy futon couch that turns into a comfy bed, comfy bed in the bedroom. We were well rested for sure. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have laundry right there. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to delicious restaurants and good happy hours, cute shops, and most importantly beaches upon beaches! We walked right across the street and dropped down into a little cove at the beach for some beautiful sunsets and great swimming. Turtles at sunset were a 15 minute walk down the beach. It was a quick drive to prime snorkeling spots and easy drives to explore more of the island. We will return!
