Aloha and Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B14 in sunny South Maui! The interior of this condo is ALL NEW due to a recent complete remodel, including new bathrooms, new cabinets and appliances in a fully equipped kitchen, new Hawaiian-style furniture, linens, art work, decorations and much more. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful beach and location. Rental was ok, clean but smaller than pictures showed. Staff could have been nicer, seemed put-off and short when we asked for assistance on password information and 1 hour extra for checkout.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was like staying in a boutique hotel! Only two stories, maybe about 40 units. Small enough to meet and get to know other guests, many of whom were frequent visitors. The unit was recently updated, and the location was perfect - directly ON the beach. Everything we needed for the kitchen, pool, and the beach were available. Would love to visit again!

We had a short visit, but memorable. Everything was beautiful and better than I expected. I wish nothing but health and healing for everyone on Maui. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: lovely condo and grounds/pool however location is VERY windy every day for most of the day. You get some relief in the late afternoon which is nice for swimming in the ocean. Pool is not heated but ocean is warm and pool is only slightly cooler.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed many stays at Kihei Sands & have stayed in both 1 and 2 bedroom units. We have shared a condo with another couple, adult children & have had our grandchildren along with their parents in an additional unit. We enjoy the early mornings on the lanai with a cup of coffee which is provided, watching the sunrise, watching for whales & quiet walks on the beach. There is an ABC store, a bakery and a shave ice store, farmers market & a sandwich shop all within walking distance. Any issues we have had from trouble with the TV, a broken toaster, or missing kitchenware are dealt with promptly. The staff are super friendly and are available & onsite 7 days a week. B14 is a well equipped unit, there are ample dishes, servingware, pots and pans and a good assortment of small appliances.
