NO ELEVATORS: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 2nd floor.

NOTE: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it DOES NOT have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

The property was nice and close to the beach and shopping. The bed was nice, but the hide-a-bed is probably better for children, rather than adults. The neighborhood was noisy while we were there. We really appreciated the included parking. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Unit had air conditioning, in addition to ceiling fans. It was nice that they offer to take your left over food to the community food places to share with those in need.

Very close to the zoo and the beach. Area was safe and had food trucks right outside the gate. It was a bit loud in the evening but I didn’t mind too much since this a place for fun and vacationing. The coin washer/dryer worked fine. I was able to get quarters and laundry soap at the ABC around the corner. There was easy access in and out with they key fobs. Didn’t use the sleeper sofa, but if a small family or friend group stayed here, I could see it working out.
