Aloha and Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A7 in sunny South Maui! Newly remodeled Condo A7 has Travertine floors throughout and a wonderful tropical feel. You'll stay cool with Mitsubishi AC. This condo sits only one behind an oceanfront condo, and has a wonderful garden-and-ocean view.

Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection than ever before to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bob and I truly enjoyed our stay in Condo A7 at Kihei Sands! 😊 We liked the fact that Condo A7 is located on the ground floor and so close to the ocean! 🌊 It made it easy to run back and forth to the condo to retrieve the binoculars for whale-watching 🐋 or anything else we needed!The condo was very clean and decorated in a pretty Hawaiian 🌺 theme! We appreciated that the beach towels, beach chairs and other beach accessories were all provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. One minor complaint was that there were so many non-microwaveable plates. The writing on the back of the plates was so small and faint that it was hard to tell if one could use them in a microwave. Especially when one is on vacation, it would be helpful to be able to grab any plate and be assured he/she could use it in a microwave oven.The outside patio area was kept very clean! We loved sitting on the chairs on the patio, drinking a cup of coffee ☕️ (or a glass of wine 🍷 at night) and watching the sun rise and set! 🌅 The staff were all very kind and helpful! The coin-operated laundry facilities were very clean as well. The hours of operation were from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to allow house-keeping the time to wash the towels and sheets in the morning. We would have liked the washers and driers to be available more hours each day. However, when I did ask for an exception one day, the office staff kindly opened the facilities for me.My husband and I truly loved our vacation in A7 at Kihei Sand and would love to stay there again! 😃 🏝️ ☀️ 🐋 🌺

The location was perfect, just 20 minutes from the airport, even closer to the restaurants in Kihei and Wailea, and still gave the laid back feel that you are away from the "bustle" of it all. The quiet ocean views were the perfect way to start and end each day. Check in/out was a breeze and the condo was well stocked with all the comforts of home! This was a great little corner of South/Central Maui that made exploring much of the island a breeze. Thank You Kihei Sands for a wonderful stay!!

We enjoyed meeting some other guests in the front community area while we ate breakfast or dinner or just enjoying the outdoors. It was very close to the beach and about a quarter mile walk from a farmer’s market, bakery and general ABC store. The condo was well maintained and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and appliances. The manager and office staff were friendly. Yes, I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. The swimming pool was great for kids as well as adults.
