Condo A8 is a 1-bedroom, Oceanfront condo on ground level at Kihei Sands Condominiums. It has a King bed and A/C in the bedroom, and non-sleeper sofa in living room. Completely remodeled and refurnished April 2022.

Kihei Sands Condominiums sit directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Condo A8 has new living room furniture, remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new Mitsubishi A/C. *Please note that this unit is not suitable for children.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection than ever before to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location and the suite which was well appointed. The particular suite we stayed in had a great view of the beach and the sunset with proximity to the pool.Only 2 concerns: 1. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes when we arrived. That left an unpleasant musty odor in the suite. Quickly resolved once we ran the dishwasher and opened some windows.2. Although a peaceful location, the early morning pool cleaning and leaf blowing can be quite noisy, forcing us back inside for morning coffee when it would have been lovely to be on the patio.Having said that, we would be happy to stay at Kihei Sands again
