Hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Thick dust and dirt and cockroaches in room. Bird dropping all over lanai and rats on lanai.

This place is fantastic. RIGHT on the water. Napili bay is great! Wonderful little grocery store and incredible restaurant (Joey’s Kitchen) less than a 2 minute drive. Can’t wait to come back!
