This penthouse is a superb location, and is beautifully furnished. It is so very comfortable, isn’t that what a vacation is about? Overlook the beach and ocean and watch the sunsets and the paddlers going out from the nearby club. Comfortable beds, bedding, couches, and everything you could think of…outdoor dining table, indoor dining table, coolers, beach chairs, laundry, it’s really terrific. Ride the elevator and steps to the pool, hot tub, grills, and beachside chairs, Unfortunately and this is 100% my fault, I did not read the fine print and the per night price posted does not include all the additional charges. So for our three night stay, it was indeed too good to be true and the additional fees (management, service, cleaning, taxes, etc.) pretty much doubled the price for our stay. Again, my bad for seeing a truly gorgeous property and not paying more attention to the full price. Highly recommend; management company is top notch and meets and greets you when you arrive; responds to queries of any sort immediately; provided helpful suggestions and tourist tips. Peek over the balcony and the “Aloha” in the landscaping is right there.

This property is located in a very peaceful yet central location. The unit itself has a lovely lanai with breathtaking views. We’ll be booking again!

The draw for renting this condo unit was the view in 2 directions, as it is on a corner. Absolutely wonderful ocean front condo, just a few steps from the beach with great snorkeling. Couple things that could have been better, there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels and the decor is outdated! My family enjoyed our stay so much - couldn’t have been a better propert for us! Thank you!
This is a great location. Awesome views and great set up. Check in was difficult. Poor communication on numerous parties from the management side. The condo was clean and nice. When we left we got billed $156 for several towels because they said we used them at the beach. They were the beach towels. Tried to contact management to discuss and they refused to return my calls or emails and have been incredibly unhelpful. Would not recommend staying here due to how they treat customers and their interactions.
Check in people where not nice when face to face or on phone. There is a promotional advertising paper posted on fridge stating complementary things for sugar beach guests so we called to see what it was very excited and the lady said “it is free to inquire” but its only 5% off !! That is deceitful and rude. It wasted my time to even call. Take it down or post the truth

Staff greeted us when we arrived, grounds and pool area well kept. Nice BBQ area, pool & hot tub always clean. Beach is literally steps away!
We stayed in Sugar Beach condo PH12 for 10 fantastic days. Our daughter was married at the Sugar Beach Events 2 doors down and that was equally fantastic. The condo was perfect for 6 of us and the condo was very modern and well maintained both to mention spacious. Love the location and Alii Resorts was outstanding in how well they took care of us. Highly recommend Sugar Beach Condos, PH12 specifically and Alii Resorts for anyone looking for a "fantastic" Maui experience.
