- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note that:
- Stairs link the condos in this complex, there is no elevator
- This is a legal one-bedroom condo because of its spacious size and full-scope kitchen, however this condo does not have a door to separate the bedroom and living room.

Perfect for low-cost Waikiki stay, but parking is very challenging: none included with unit. Nearby street and garage parking averaged about $40 per day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super convenient to ALL. We did rent a car and found a nearby parking garage that was perfect. It was a little tight for 4 adults but still worked just fine.

It was a very clean place and located next to the zoo and a block from the beach. Great location, comfortable. My only con was no elevator and was on the 4th floor. Also had trouble getting key and no one answered call or returned voicemail. Luckily i got in, but i was majorly stressed with the idea there was no one to reach
