Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III, Kamaole Sands #7-403 is great for fun-filled days and quiet evenings. A full renovation was just completed in November 2022! All the amenities from home plus all your needs for the beach are available in the unit! Enjoy a large lanai overlooking the lush gardens. The 15 acre tropical grounds include BBQ stations, a beautiful pool, a hot tub, workout room, and tennis and pickleball courts.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

This was our third stay at Kamaole Sands. It is amazing every time but this one was top notch! The unit is amazing and exactly as described. Pool was great and we loved the large porch. We were able to see the sunrise over the mountain and sunset over the water.
Comfy beds. Clean and safe property.

Nice, clean, lovely condo with comfy beds. Tennis clinic was fun. Pool and hot tub were a little crowded but nice. Loved the mango and avocado trees. Nice, easy walk to the beach.

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, spacious condo and I feel calmer just thinking about our stay.
The community of Kamaole Sands is very family friendly and I appreciated that things didn’t get loud in the evenings since my daughters have early bed times and frankly our jet lag had us all turning in early :)
South Kihei is an ideal location and the beach across the street is perfect for swimming and even some sea turtle encounters!
I loved that we were walking distance to shops and restaurants as well.
Cannot wait to visit again!

Kamaole Sands 7-403 was the perfect landing spot for our week in Maui! The condo was clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything we needed! We were close to the beach for watching sunsets and quick trips to relax in the sun. Wailea was close for golfing and nice restaurants. It rained a lot so it was nice to have such a great condo to hang out. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We were able to bbq one night-it was convenient to have the grills available. This was pur third stay at Kamaole Sands—we love it and will be back!

This place was clean, spacious and was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach across the street and about a 5 minute drive to the shops and resorts in Wailea. They had a fully stocked kitchen. The beach toys, chairs, mini cooler and umbrella were a plus. I would definitely stay here again!

This unit is fully equipped for any of your cooking needs regardless of party size! The unit is very clean, remodeled and in a convenient location on the property. The beds are comfortable and the entire complex was quiet and relaxing. The management is top notch and communication was excellent. I will absolutely book this unit again for my next trip on Maui! 5⭐️
