Rare and VERY LARGE 3 bedroom with 3 en suite bathrooms! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit Penthouse, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is a Master bath in each Bedroom, 3 lanais to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the panoramic views? ALL bedrooms overlook the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal. Being an end unit, our guests will soak in a 180 degree view starting from the Ko'olau Mountains and merging into the deep Pacific Blue Ocean! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise. Free use of the laundry room is also part of the package. Daily housekeeping is not included.

The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Great location great views! Lots of room except kitchen. Musty smell which got worse from the start. Otherwise we had a great time! Men in garage were wonderful as we went in and out needing our car.

Five of us girlfriends stay at this beautiful 3 bed 3 bath condo. The place was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. There was only 1 king sized bed, the other 2 were queen. The views were magnificent. Our only 3 issues were that the door passcode we were given was inoperable when we arrived (but someone was available at the phone number we were given, and they provided a new working access code). The other issues were a leaking refrigerator and non working lightbulbs in one of the bathroom showers. Those required several calls and took 2 days to get fixed. Overall the place was beautiful and we would stay there again.

Spectacular views from each room. Sun block shades are needed on the west side of condo. In my opinion.

Loved staying at this property. All the rooms were great, kitchen a bit small but we rarely used more than the sink and fridge. Views were amazing! Even had a slight maintenance issue while there that was dealt with very quickly. Would definitely stay again!!

Location and views are amazing! Walking distance to the beach and eating. The only thing negative is the parking. We were not able to park in the valet as that is reserved for residents. You have to find parking on the street which is very crowded and you have to feed the meter every two hours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience over all but a few things need to addressed. For the price of this rental having to buy toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms was weird. Not enough bath towels provided. having to do laundry on vacation for dry towels stinks. Parking is vary expensive at $40 per day.

Perfect vacation rental for 5 adults. The three suits made everyone happy. One suite is situated a bit further away which was perfect for us (the parents) so the youngsters could stay up later. Coffee and breakfast were close by. Beach was easily walkable. Really enjoyed our stay.

We are a Family of. 6 staying in Hawaii for the first time. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms with great views. We walked everywhere. The Wyndham staff that you interact with was fantastic. The condo was neat, clean and well appointed.

There were 3 separate rooms at different areas of the penthouse and 3 different bathrooms as well. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is rather small so typically only one cook in the kitchen but besides that it as a great stay. Will most likely stay here again for future trips since location is perfect.
