Able to accommodate up to 6 guests, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a large kitchen with Koa wood cabinetry, and a spacious living area with a brand new couch! The couch also folds out to a queen-sized sofa bed. Enjoy the indoor, outdoor living this condo offers with your own private, large, and covered lanai directly facing Polo Beach!
The primary bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and private entrance onto your lanai! The guest bedroom also features a King bed as well as bunk beds with a full guest bathroom. This unit is perfect for families and couples!
Polo Beach Club offers a newly remodeled pool and jacuzzi for guest use, an outdoor BBQ area with an herb garden, private access to Polo Beach out front with beach showers, free underground parking and 24-hour security. Polo Beach Club and Beach are non-smoking.
Starting December 1st, when you arrive on the property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The location was fabulous. Having the beach right out front was terrific. We also had access to the hotel next-door in one of the cabana for the days we were there. Condo was nice with a lot of nice touches that made our stay very convenient.Communication with the property manager was poor. We had difficulty upon arrival with the provided access codes, and did not receive a response to the next day, saying that they did not see our message. I also asked for some special accommodations due to my mother’s disability, none of which were granted or even responded to. The office staff at Polo Beach was quite unhelpful as well. The parking situation was ridiculous there. I was assured that parking or handicap vehicle would not be a problem, but received parking violation notices daily. Condo is great. Property and on site management was a disappointment.

We loved everything about our stay. The views were spectacular. The unit is very well maintained. The access to the beach is very convenient. We enjoyed a day at the pool - it was very nice. The parking is convenient, and the area has everything you could want. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Polo Beach Club. The view is amazing and the condo had everything my family of five needed. The bunk room was comfortable for our teens and we all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and enjoying the gorgeous views. Quick walk along the beach walkway to the shopping area and for fun. Definitely want to return.

The condo is fantastic. Front and center of Polo Beach. We watched whales from the lanai and beautiful skies during sunset. Easy access to a quiet and clean beach. The unit is well maintained and has everything you need.

We have stayed in this complex over 10 times. It is absolutely perfect for families. This time however, there was major construction going on that we were not advised of beforehand. The management company made it right by providing us a credit. We will definitely be returning.

We have stayed at Polo Beach Club for the past three years but sadly will switch units next year. While the location is 5 stars the unit itself is in need of updates. The lanai furniture is getting old and the doors leading to it are difficult to open and close. The cooktop is worn and pitted. The master bed is not that comfortable. The area rug beneath the master bed is worn and should be replaced. The tiling on the floor of the master bathroom looks moldy and should be replaced. The mirror wall is quite dated as well. We absolutely love this location and love staying at Polo Beach Club. We would gladly return to this unit if updates are done.
