Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condos are wright off Sugar Beach. The waves broke about knee deep to waist high, which made it grate for the young kids to play in the ocean.

This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. Great beach access. The property managers are very knowledgeable and told us the best places to go to do various activities. Would stay at this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic place to stay in Kihei. Our place had plenty of room for 5 adults and a baby. Beds were comfortable and loads of amenities. Steps from the beach and the patio had plenty of tables, lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. Community beach chairs and beach stuff was available on first come basis. Condo staff were very helpful. Short walk to Sugar Beach Bakery and Shave ice! We will definitely be back.
