We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and can’t recommend it enough. The location is truly ideal—right on a gorgeous beach where we could walk out each morning and enjoy the ocean just steps from the condo. It was also within easy walking distance to shaved ice, fresh malasadas, and the local farmers market, which gave us such a fun taste of the island without even needing to get in the car.The condo itself had everything we needed and more. It was stocked with towels, boogie boards, and plenty of kitchenware, which made it easy to cook meals and feel right at home. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free.The staff stood out as well—they were not only responsive whenever we had a question but also incredibly helpful with recommendations for exploring the island. Their tips helped us discover some amazing spots we might have otherwise missed.When we wanted to just relax at the property, the pool was perfect—clean, refreshing, and never too crowded. One of our favorite little perks was the complimentary coffee in the mornings, which made it so easy to start the day on a relaxing note.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Between the unbeatable location, the well-equipped condo, the warm and helpful staff, and the great amenities, it really felt like the perfect home base for our vacation. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return on our next trip to the island.

Lovely, clean property you can tell the staff take a lot of pride in. Coffee each morning on the beachfront patio was a highlight. Condo was well-equipped with everything needed, comfortable accommodations. Even had 5 Tommy Bahama chairs, perfect for our crew! Mahalo for the memories!
If you're looking for a great location, this is it. However, we weren't blown away by anything this condo offered and it wasn't the best experience overall. We arrived on the island a couple hours early and knew we had to burn some time so we went sightseeing and shopping. At 3:45pm, we arrived since it was after the 3:00pm check-in to find out condo still being cleaned. The property manager let us know the previous guests had made a mess of the place. While it only took another 15 minutes or so to get in, a text or call earlier would have been nice so we wouldn't have to arrive and wait. We were given 100 in gift cards to a lunch spot in Kihei that was mediocre, but the gesture was appreciated. Once inside, the condo was small, but correct to it's listing description. However, we found a number of dirty items in the kitchen. The bathrooms don't have shower doors so just a heads up that you'll have to lay down 3 towels to keep the floors from getting slick. The narrow stairway makes it difficult to carry luggage up and down, so be mindful of that. Overall, we didn't spend too much time in the condo and enjoyed the beach and the island so we just settled with the condo and it's imperfections. If you're wanting more comforts and cleanliness on Maui, look nearby but not here.
We stayed here for four days. Perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children. We just loved it! The condo development is small, quiet and just so lovely. We spent as much time outside enjoying the beach setting. Located in longest sand beach on Maui you'll love the morning walks. The condo has a great common area for grilling, eating, swimming, relaxing and looking out at the beautiful scenery. Our condo had everything we needed. We absolutely loved Maui, centrally located so you can get everywhere very easily for touristy excursions. We loved everything about our stay. Dreamy and wonderful memories.
Nice property with beach access and a lovely pool. We stayed in season for whale watching and saw breaching whales from the beach! Property is well maintained and a great access point for the many attractions of Maui.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained with beautiful plants. There are plenty floaties and noodles for the pool, which the kids loved. The patio has plenty shade under the umbrellas and is where we spent every evening watching the sunsets - and saw plenty whales during the day. We're already planning our next trip!
Kihei Sands knocked it out of the park. Flawless check-in, flawless check-out and everything in between was perfect. Great communication, very hospitable, just an overall A+. Six of us stayed in the three bedroom, two bath condo and we had everything we needed. I recommend it over and over again and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands! Everything you need is here. If you forgot something at home chances are they will be here at your condo. Cabinets had extra spices, coolers, beach chairs etc! Great place for your family!!!

This was our 2nd time staying here at Kihei Sands! Love the place, location, being on the beach, spending time with family and loved ones! Will definitely come back for a 3rd time!!!
The unit was clean and everything was functional. We had 6 adults staying here and it was a bit small for our group. Had it been a group with a couple of kids it would have been more appropriate. Pictures make the unit appear a bit bigger. Property was beautiful and we loved the back patio and pool. We were in the ocean a couple times behind the condo as well. The unit is a bit outdated but again it worked for us. We were not in it a lot - we spent our days out exploring the island.

6 people in 3 bedroom condo. We were mostly comfortable. The couch could use updating. This is the only 3 bedroom and it's above management and next to parking lot. Some view of ocean from balcony but no privacy. Overall a good place to stay.

We recently stayed at this location. The description was completely accurate. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, well-maintained. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The grounds were beautiful & well cared for. Great customer service. They were able to let us checkin a little early which was very helpful with 2 young kids. Will highly recommend. When they say parking is tight, believe them. It was challenging with a minivan. Loved the snorkeling, honu, & kohola!! Mahalo

We loved our condo! It was very cozy, well equipped,!the condos are right on the beach, our unit has a small deck and you can see the water. The morning coffee on the patio was a super extra bonus! They have it all set up beginning at 6:00am. From coffee in the morning on the patio to sunset at night with wine, chatting with fellow vacationers was pretty sweet! Patrick is super helpful with where to go and what to do.
Condo was comfy and accurate in description. Enjoyed being on the beach which allowed my wife and toddler to go on morning walks on the sand. Waves were slightly too large for our toddler to play in. The facility was nice in that it allowed use of community grills on the patio and access to beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys. Really enjoyed our time.
