We had an outlet problem. It took a few days to get it corrected. An electrician was called and it did get fixed. We always enjoy our stay at The Palms.

We were a family of 8 in 3 different condos. I have to say ours was the best. We would cook and host dinners at our condo due to spacious balcony and perfect views. The place was fully stocked with all you need minus boogie boards. Fortunately other family members condos had them. The walk to beach is 1/4 mile and hot which was harder for some in our group. But We also drove to other beach areas a fee times.

Loved the unit. Master bedroom large and very comfortable. Living room with comfortable furniture, and large screen TV. Best part is the Lanai - fabulous views, both morning and evening. Short walk to beaches- we swam every day, half time we walked down, and other half we drove when were taking more beach supplies with us. Having comfortable beach chairs and noodles to float on a nice touch. I finished each day with afternoon swim in the lovely pool close to unit. Overall excellent experience.
