Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a condo that would sleep 8 people but also be close to everything in Waikiki and Regency on Beachwalk satisfied our requirements. The condo is close to the beach and the hustle of Waikiki. We appreciated the beautiful view from our large lanai. As well the unit had a lot of the items we needed when going to the beach. Plus there was free parking albeit it wasn’t onsite but close by. The unit was clean and it had a lot of supplies we needed. The unit can do some minor improvements including some damaged tiles.

Everything was relatively fine. My only qualm was that the building scheduled floor renovations to the outside corridor area during our stay and we were not properly notified. It became a bit of an inconvenience when we were notified by the repair men that we would not be able to leave our rooms until the floors were dry 😑. I’d say this was just a minor communication break down between building/property manager and us.
