    This unit accommodates up to 6 guests with a Primary Bedroom having a King bed, the Guest Bedroom offering two twin beds which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable Sofa Bed in the living room! This fully air conditioned unit also offers two full Baths, which have been remodeled with granite counters and tiled flooring! The kitchen is also fully stocked for your use and features exquisite Koa Wood Cabinetry.

    The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world class dining & shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property is a non-smoking property.

    **NOISE NOTICE DUE TO REMODEL IN UNITS 705, 706, 801 & 804 NOISE MAY BE HEARD FROM 7/31/23 TO 11/15/23. Beginning Aug. 1st, reflooring will begin on floors 4 and 5 as well as structural spalling on the exterior of the building. Expect construction noise from units Mon - Fri. from 8AM - 5PM, extreme noise periods allowed from 10AM - 2PM. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this possible inconvenience.**

    When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit’s 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay you will be alerted and will have until 5pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59pm.

    While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Polo Beach 502 and it fantastic view. We saw the whales jumping from the balcony already in the morning. The balcony is perfect oriented, the kitchen very well stocked, everything was very clean, we had enough towel, beds were comfortable and we appreciate very much the private beach and the pool and the Wailea path. The property is very well maintained and the PB 502 very well managed. Good communication and quick response as well as small gifts by arriving. Only the living room furniture could be improved (a little old). We spend dream family holidays. Thanks so much .

Close to everything in Wailea but very private and quiet, with a nice pool and beach steps away.
