Effective November 11th, 2025, through December 19th, 2025, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Papakea J105 is a ground floor condo that sleeps 7 and is just steps from the ocean, pool, putting green, koi ponds, and so much more. You will love the convenience of walking out to the ocean or pool BBQ without having to use the elevator!
This condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and more! The condo also includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, WiFi, and cable.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, freshwater koi ponds, 2 swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services, and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops, and an ocean-side park.
Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary depending on the conditions. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property.
Our on-island team also provides dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

Great location and wonderful resort. The condo has very nice kitchen and bathroom countertops. The beds and linens were excellent. The rest of the condo needs updating. The condo was a bit dirty when we arrived, especially the corners of the rooms. We had a crawling infant and had to wash the floors and clean the corners ourselves. We should have contacted the property manager but chose to clean ourselves. We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoors so the condition of the condo did not ruin our trip. .

Papakea is lovely ☆ great amenities for all ages. Our unit on the ground floor was older and had a few issues that needed attention. Dishwasher track, master toilet, garburator & screen door need repair. We'd definitely return, locals were kind and welcoming as were all staff and employees.

Air conditioners worked amazing, amazing black out blinds in master (allowed for great naps for the baby), beach chairs, pack and play, I could go on and on!!! The unit was a great size for a family of 6. There were great views and very easy access to the ponds and pools right outside. The condo was very well equipped with towels and basic bathroom necessities. Our family loves this resort and has stayed here numerous times. The condo itself was very outdated and not very clean. There was hair in every bathtub. We found things under the bed from previous stays. The AC also constantly stopped working and leaked water inside/outside all the time. There were extra fans, but no cords. It as very hot and uncomfortable especially for little babies.

The hide a bed was misrepresented. No person could sleep on it. Candy in the bed and kitchen lacking necessities. But the beach chairs and towels were greatly appreciated. Will return, perhaps a different unit.

The property and condo is emasculate and the landscape crew were friendly. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us who stayed and we had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked but it leaked real bad and was a puddle the entire time. I reported it but no one came to take care of it. We noticed that the property caters mostly to retirees which made me wonder why the beds were so uncomfortable. For the price it takes to stay there, the beds should be the most comfortable part of the condo. Other than the beds and the air conditioner, it was absolutely beautiful. I would stay there again if I return. However, just want to mention that they don’t tell you that there is an ADDITIONAL $17 per night charge when you check in until you have made reservation and paid IN FULL. That was shocking but we had no choice but to pay it. Thank you for everything, we loved the amenities and we had the most fantastic time. Maholo from the Cooper family

Condo is located in a quiet resort that is very family oriented. It was perfect place for our family to relax by the pool, watch sunsets over the pacific and make dinner using the resort BBQs.
