Reviewer Comments: My husband and I loved staying at Four Paddle #708Probably was clean and well maintained, accurate description/as advertised!All you need for a Waikiki vacation! We stayed in few different units in this building (Four Paddle) and I would say this unit (#708) is my favorite. Newer furniture and updated, well maintained and beautiful. Captain Cook manager was very responsive and easy to deal with, check in and check out was very quick and easy! Would definitely recommend and return.

Everything that we needed was available in the unit.

    The condo was great, location was great, having the on-site car park was great, however not having the pool open was NOT great. When we booked the pool was supposed to be ready to reopen after several months of a makeover in late October, however we found upon arrival that it was not going to be ready now until at least the third week in November, too late for us. This was a major black mark on our stay.

    The property was even better than the listing. Great location and very quiet, even with the busy noise on the street. The place was just what we wanted and with all of the amenities.

    We enjoyed our stay. The condo is cozy, clean and quiet. The parking space is nearby and the condo is in a good location. The only thing I wish they had were screens on the windows and sliding door but that’s a small thing. Overall it was a pleasant condo, I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a 1 bedroom place.

    Lovely stay in a unit that was stocked perfectly. Very comfortable bed. Good parking spot, in a location that does not require walking up steps to get to the elevators. Friendly building staff and residents. The market across the street is well stocked. Would definitely book again with this property management company. Notes for travelers: Downtown Honolulu is always loud, so using a white noise app helps. Downtown is nice for walking, so is often worth the noise. This property is not on a loud bus stop route, so is quieter than most. For those traveling with wheelchair, walker, and / or crutches - the pool, hot tub, and women’s dry sauna have steps leading to them. The men’s dry sauna does not have steps so can be accessed using crutches or a thin walker. There are about 4 steps down to the pool area - then about 4 steps up to the women’s sauna, and about 12 steps down to the hot tub (the hot tub then has 2 steps leading up to it). There are helpful handrails at all steps and into wet amenities. The pool is heated well, as are the hot tub and dry sauna.
