Good for 1-2 people; small and compact studio with all amenities included. Central location to shopping, sightseeing, beaches and for walking etc. Unit could use a few updates including replacing rusty fridge door and shower curtain rod as well as checking polarity of electrical plugs on bathroom circuit.

My wife and I had an excellent experience in this condo. Everything you need is in the unit. We found it very very clean on our arrival. We had a couple of questions which were answered very promptly and completely. We have stayed 12 times in the Islland Colony and 17 times in Waikiki - this condo is the best we have had!

The unit is cosy clean and has all what’s need for two people, what i enjoyed the most is the washlet in the bathroom, from the beginning to the end was a very pleasant experience, We would stay there again!
