This COMPLETELY remodeled & refurnished (April 2022) 1-bedroom, OCEANFRONT ground-floor condo has a king bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room - great for those who wish to sleep separately OR bring up to 2 extra persons. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

Bask in the STUNNING ocean & beach VIEWS from the condo & lanai. Step out the slider doors onto the manicured lawn & walk a few steps to the sand & surf. The home feels spacious & bright with the beautiful new light-colored TILE FLOORS, which will cool your feet after a day in the hot sun.

The pristine all-white new KITCHEN is stocked with all the essentials you need to enjoy home-cooked meals on the days you stay at home base. The BBQs are mere steps away if you prefer grilling your meals. We'll supply hand soap, dishwasher pods, can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels tp start with. You'll refresh as needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were only here for 2 nights but wish it could have been longer. Great location to be able to explore both sides of the island. Loved how close it was to the beach. We found the staff very helpful with recommendations and was very grateful for the late checkout option. Would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A little piece of heaven! The small community and beach access are our two main appeals to this property. It was 15 steps from our patio until my toes hit the sand!! Win win!! On the down side, this until was newly remodeled.... Poorly done, couch already stained, and what bothered us the most was the lack of upkeep. The unit was not cleaned, I had to clean it myself before I was able to enjoy. The comforter was filthy, we needed up only using a blanket on the bed.

Loved the big lanai, and was perfect for my 89 year old mom who needed first floor access. The unit was nice, although a bit understocked. We’ve stayed in other units that had more amenities, like coffee filters, towel clips, etc. Minor things, tbh, but providing coffee and a coffee maker with no filters was frustrating. Fortunately had the lovely coffee on the patio every morning. We love Kihei Sands and will always stay here when traveling to Maui. This was a lovely unit and can’t be beat for beach, patio and pool access.
