Kapalua Golf Villa 18V4 is a one bedroom, two bathroom property that just completed a full remodel in December 2022. Feel at ease when arriving through your private entrance, welcoming you into a beautiful and bright living room boasting brand new furnishings, a flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling glass doors that open up to your spacious lanai. Relax and enjoy sunset dinners al fresco, this condo offers outdoor seating for 4. Beyond the living room, you'll find the villa's kitchen and dining area featuring all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a custom built workstation well equipped for logging-on remotely. Retreat to your primary bedroom oasis, complete with a luxurious King size bed, flat screen tv, beautiful en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower & private lanai perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Stay cool in this villa, a brand new central air conditioning system was installed in December 2022. Also enjoy use of a new LG washer and dryer located within the second full bathroom.

The Kapalua Golf Villas offers multiple pools for you and your party to enjoy. There are 3 pools that are family-friendly (A,B,C) and 1 that is set aside for adults of the ages 21 and older (D). This way, all are welcome to have fun in the sun whether that means playing in the cool water or relaxing poolside!

Kapalua Golf Villas are located in close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and more! Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and world-class golf courses just steps from the home. This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to our guests. We provide natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.

Our 10 days was perfect, especially because of this villa. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed the views from the lani. Our family were in other villas in the area, so we could easily walk to their places. Everything was just perfect for celebrating our 50th Anniversary! The property managers were quick to reply to our one need, a wine opener! 👍 We highly recommend this lovely villa, and do plan to request this place again on our next visit to Kapalua! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! Exactly as it is described online and in pictures. And the view was even better than the pictures! Walking distance to great snorkeling and other beaches/views!
