Kamaole Sands #5-103 has one of the best locations in the complex and will sleep up to 4 people. Located on the ground level directly located behind the pool area, the rear patio leads to an expansive lawn bordered on 3 sides providing a wonderful place to stretch your legs or children to safely play. The location also provides the perfect path for the cool trade breezes keeping the interior very comfortable.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features four tennis courts (no fee) with a daily drop-in program, Spinshot tennis ball machine, and weekly free clinic by a USPTA Pro. Adult and junior tennis rackets are available to rent with complimentary balls. Kamaole Sands offers 2 pickleball courts; paddles are available for rent and quiet pickleballs are available at no charge. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful, too short week in this unit - ground floor meant easy access and close to the pool. Very Hawaiian in style. Only thing missing was pool/beach towels but maybe they've been added since our stay.

Condo has beach chairs, mats, body boards, beach toys, etc. First floor with lawn access was perfect for my young kids to play right outside the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location of this unit. Easy walk to pool. A little farther to grill location but not much. Cannot see the ocean from here, which to me doesn’t matter. Easy beautiful walk down to S Kiehi road, straight into Kamaole beach park 3. If you are a morning walker you can’t beat this spot.The unit was clean, but could use some updating. I was unable to get the bedroom air conditioner to work, but we didn’t need it. Trade winds easily move the air through this unit. The bed was not an issue for me, slept fine. Never had any issues with insects. Units here are serviced by outside services pest control regularly. Only reason I can’t give this a 5 are the small reasons mentioned. That said we already booked this unit next year!!

Property needs a complete update and remove some of the stuff in the living room. the bath tub has to be replaced. condo needs a deep clean. The lanai door has to be looked at. The bath rooms stinks ( bad aromour). The ant situation is really bad.
