Luana Kai #A-103 is an ocean front, ground floor (no stairs) 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV, dvd player, and wireless internet. Split system air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. This condo is nicely furnished, with a California king bed and a twin in the master bedroom, a standard king bed in the guest room, and a sofa bed in the living room with high-end bed linens, drapery with blackout lining in all bedrooms, and upgraded living room upholstery and draperies. Looking through the photos will show that Luana Kai #A-103 has a very modern look. It has split system air conditioning and ceiling fans. Teak furniture on the lanai to seat 8. Enjoy free calling to the U.S. mainland and Canada. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Luana Kai #A-103 can sleep up to 7 guests.

Very nice clean and beautiful view on the ocean. Condo was even better than we expected. We liked to bring ice in the cooler(amenities) with us to the beach. Very nice pool (also in the evening) and we used the BBQ twice. We were also happy that because of our changed early flight that we could check in early. The location is also very central. We saw one green turtle at the beach the second day. And could walk next morning very early via the beach and saw 25 turtles and sunrise. We used our rental car to visit other beaches to snorkel. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Thought we were in paradise with nice flowers and colorful birds and sounds.. Would advice this condo!

Wonderful well stocked unit in a great location. Fabulous view and exactly as pictured. Complex has lovely pool, hot tub, and barbeque area. Our family loved our stay.

The condo was everything it stated and more. It has everything you need and more. The pictures on website are exactly how it looks. It is a beautiful place. Waking up every morning and have a viewing of the ocean is beautiful. My boys and family friends enjoyed ourselves. There are so many restaurants,excursions and beaches near the condo. The boys loved hanging out at the hot tub every night meeting the other guests and residents. Will definitely visit Maui again.

My family and I were pleasantly happy with our stay at Luana Kai. It was very clean and full of more amenities than we expected, which made it easier for cooking in and going to the beaches with chairs and body boards was nice. We had a very fun and relaxing stay. The condo is really nice and the beds are comfortable. It’s located close to shops and restaurants and several different beaches. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Ground level made it easy to get to the beach and pool. The kitchen is well stocked. We used the patio for all our meal. The view is AMAZING!
