We can't wait to welcome you to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B8 in sunny South Maui! Condo B8 is a 2-bedroom, Oceanfront townhouse-style condo on the 2nd level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands Condominiums. It has a King bed in main-level bedroom; a Queen bed in the upstairs loft (with full en suite bathroom) and a new non-sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is newly remodeled. Mini-split Mitsubishi A/Cs in the living area, bedroom and loft keep the entire condo cool and comfortable.

Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented B5 and B8 for our family of 8. We came to celebrate our 70th birthday with our children and grandchildren. It was a perfect spot and we had so much fun being neighbors! The beach was great, it was whale watching season which was a bonus. The accommodations were clean with all the conveniences of home. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra cot and were given a nice queen size blow up bed to use. We had a problem with one of the washing machines and Patrick in the office fixed the problem right away. All in all, we highly recommend Kihei Sands and would love to come back sometime.
