    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: He speaks good Japanese and is helpful especially for Japanese who don’t understand native English. Also I enjoyed very nice view from windows.I couldn’t watch TV when I tried, but probably it was due to lack of my knowledge about local TV systems.

    This condo was perfect for us. The view from the lanai was spectacular and the perfect place to watch the Friday Night Fireworks. Everything was perfect……comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. And communicating with the property manager was effortless. We highly recommend this place to Waikiki visitors! Aloha

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was well equipped and clean. It was updated as well. The location was close to everything and the building is on the beach with several shops on first floor. Arrangements to meet for keys and parking were super easy as the manager met us when we arrived. There is access to a paved trail all along the beach which was great for walking and running. Really the view and location were so lovely it was hard to leave to do some sightseeing.

The plate lunch and coffee shop downstairs both are very good. Love the bathroom, washer and dryer, kitchen has everything. Paul met us and explained everything we needed to know. Parking garage was easily accessible.
