Absolutely loved the house! Everything you could need all in one place! Wish the bridge was open - would have made getting around quicker, but didn't disrupt our stay at all. Mornings on the lanai were the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property on the island of Kauai! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation with our adult children. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the gorgeous deck — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or winding down in the evening.The house was very well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities like beach chairs, a cooler, and snorkel gear that made exploring the island even easier. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the overall accommodations were cozy and inviting.One thing we really appreciated was the location — it’s extremely convenient to the airport, shopping, and other necessities, yet it feels wonderfully remote and quiet. It was the best of both worlds.A highlight of our trip was a sunset cruise of the Nā Pali Coast with Holo Holo Charters — an unforgettable experience that gave us a view of the island we couldn’t have seen any other way. The crew was professional and the scenery was breathtaking.Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed place to stay while discovering the magic of Kaua'i.

We stay on kauai several times a year. It is a fantastic island. The Na Hoa River Home is not on the river, as the view is of the marina and homeless park.Every evening and during the night the homeless show up in their vehicles, carts, bags, and backpacks.I would not suggest going on an evening walking outside the Na Hoa River Home.The home itself is nice and very accommodating, but the homeless problem will cause me not to book it again.You never know if one of them is a rapist, ex-felon for robbery, or other crimes.The next issue is the location of the Na Hoa River Home is on the other side of the closed bridge, which means a drive that would take 5 minutes is now 20 minutes.

We stayed here for a week while attending a conference at a nearby resort. The stay was perfect. Lovely house. Comfortable. And in a beautiful setting.
A beautiful home and so supportive of a wonderful family vacation.
We enjoyed our stay at Na Hoa River Home. The rooms were clean, and nearly everything met our expectations. If we had to find something to criticize, it would be the barbecue. It was located downstairs without any terrace nearby. Unfortunately, an uncomplicated barbecue was not possible. But that's complaining at a high level.

We were looking for a rental close to everything. Even with the bridge closed, the alternative route linked you right to shopping and dinning.The yard was peaceful. Yes the chickens are noisy. But overall, the space was peaceful and being right on the water. (My husband was excited because they had an OC6 Canoe club right across the street)

We recently stayed at the Na Hoa River home and it was a perfect place for our 'Ohana. We recently lost our home in the Lahaina Wildfire and needed to get off Maui to relax and clear our minds. The Na Hoa Home was spacious and the A/C was wonderful. It is a little outdated but we didn't mind. There was a enough room in the carport for 2 cars. The residence came with extra beach towels and bedding for our kids to sleep on the couch. Garden Island Properties was great to work with and even provided arrival amenities and groceries for us to enjoy during our stay. We highly recommend the residence for families wanting to explore the entire island. It's a great central location!

Beautiful clean house with plenty of room. We found it a great place to relax between excursions on the Garden isle.
House was perfect for my family of 6. Loved getting to sit out on the porch in the morning with coffee. The lack of AC in the third bedroom wasn’t too bad, but def kept our doors all open so the air could circulate. There is a harbor across the way that works most of the day, but was quiet by afternoon/evening and didn’t bother us. There was also a canoeing club and groups of homeless that frequent the area, but also never bothered us. View of the mountains next to the house is fantastic and it’s close to Wailua and Poipu, where we spent most of our time. Overall, great stay and would do it again.

A perfect rental with Air Conditioning, which you need in Hawaii.

Overall the house was enjoyable. The only issues were the amount of trash that would get blown in from across the street from the homeless camps. The homeless didn’t bother us mostly other than one issue where a lady living out of her car parked right on the grass outside the gate. She would stare us down when we left so that made me a little worried about our personal stuff in the home. There was a stray cat that would greet us everyday on the steps. hopefully the cat finds a home. We enjoyed our stay there and it was like our home away from home.
