Tranquil Beachfront Estate w/ 5 Luxurious Private Full Suites & Exotic Fruit Grove. Full amenities. Our luxury Beachfront estate has 4 beachfront one-bedroom suites and a garden / wetlands view two-bedroom Ohana. Each suite has a private entrance, separate living room, full kitchen and is like having your own condo at the beach in Maui. This special place is hidden behind a private, double gated entrance, lined with 700 ft of lighted coconut palms that lure you into the feeling of leaving the world behind. But is still centrally placed in Kihei nearly all of the amenities you might desire. The total number of Guests shall be limited to two (2) adult guests and two (2) minor guests per bedroom.

The Space:
The 2-bedroom Ohana (Family Suite) is the largest and has the most privacy of any suite at AlohaAKU including 950 sqft of living space. The 300 sqft covered private lanai sits high among the palms and feels like you're in a tree house. Located upstairs, above the property's storage garages, the Ohana sports a view of the State protected La'ie wetlands and our lovely gardens. It has its own private entrance, yet is only 35 steps from the ocean. Please be aware this unit does not have a direct ocean view. The large living room, kitchen, and dining area gives guests the feeling of being right at home. The 2-bedrooms each have their own bathroom/walk-in shower area as well as in-room Flat Screens, HDTV, DirecTV and their own AC’s. A great place for 2 couples or small family to have the privacy they want and the space they need to enjoy the Maui / Aloha Aku experience. The total number of guests shall be limited to up two (2) adult guests and up to two (2) minor guests per bedroom. As we are an adult-centric property pre-approval for minors 13 years old or younger is required before booking. The property is beautiful, it’s intimate, and the location is excellent. It’s right on the beach which is amazing. But in addition, it’s in a part of town that makes it very easy to access anything you need. I have to say that all of the amenities were incredible and overall I felt like this property was heads and tails above staying at a hotel or one of the large condo units that are on the island. I actually loved my stay here!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is convenient and includes a beautiful beach without crowds. Our condo included beach chairs, coolers, and towels to make beach days enjoyable and stress-free. The owners truly thought of everything for the common areas. There are two small pools and a very nice hot tub that face the water (make sure to plan ahead because the hot tub takes 3-40 minutes to heat). The common areas also include a kitchen, library, printer, exercise equipment, and two sets of laundry machines. For anyone who needs to keep up with work while away, the internet speed was great.
The Ohana suite was spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and in great condition. We spent a lot of time on the massive lanai, which has beautiful views of tropical plants. We loved hearing the birds in the evenings and mornings. It seems to be very well maintained, with everything working properly during our visit.
The property is small and adults-only, so we enjoyed a very peaceful stay. We ran into staff and the owners and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would love to stay here again sometime!

Nothing spared in this location. Everything we could imagine at our disposal... bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear. We had an amazing time right at the beach at the property and The location was close to a ton of great restaurants and shops without being completely in the bustle of Kihei.
