This unit is in a building with a great location, on the beach next to restaurants and shopping. The building has excellent management, staff and security. There was some noise from construction within the building during the weekdays we were there, but there was nothing management could do.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Property is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Easily walkable to many activities and steps from the beach. The balcony was large and we enjoyed our morning coffee out there every day.
The only downside - we booked 6 months in advance and had paid in full. Exactly 5 weeks prior, the owner decided to occupy themselves during our last 2 days, so we were forced to find other accomodations and switch locations with very short notice. It ended up costing us a lot more that what we had paid for the condo. I am aware that it is in the contract that the owners can do this, it was just highly inconvenient and costly to us.
Overall, stay was amazing, only knocking off 1 star due to the last minute cancellation of our last two days.

We had a fabulous time at 224! It was beautiful, bright, clean, spacious and had everything you needed to be comfortable! We loved everything about it, especially the wrap around lanai!
We’ve stayed at many units at The Whaler and this one has been, by far, the best! We would definitely seek out and stay here again!

Everything was easy and the condo was in a great location on the beach with a nice golf course across the street. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen.

Perfect location, perfect service at check in, perfect view! We found it extraordinary! It is important to take note of the resort and cleaning fee as they are additional costs.
