the property was exactly as pictured in your catalog....we loved the breezes that continually cooled us off.....and the sound of the ocean just outside was so calming. We loved the privacy of the unit, parking was ideal for handicapped, and a week w/o towel or bedding service worked out very well. Well stocked kitchen, we would love to return.

I was surprised by the condition of the unit, the furnishing, the lack of cleanliness of the unit and the extremely pesky chickens on property.The unit itself was older, musty and not many things updated (only the microwave was new).Thing were rusty to an extreme degree-refrig door, every single kitchen knife, even the lamp in bedroom had large solid areas of rust. Unbelievable no updating. Dust and cobwebs in the unit upon arrival. Thick white dust on bedroom and living room lamps. Salt and sand on all living room surfaces. The chickens poop all over the porch and chairs outside the unit. Gross! I would not rent again. Security patrols consistent at night as lots of homeless right down the road. The pool and landscaping on property are both nice but don't make up for all the cons. And the unit is stifling hot when wind is not blowing-had 2 huge fans on the whole time we were there, bdrm is in the back with no tradewinds coming in.Cannot swim in the water outfront-too rough so you have to pack out to another beach. Urgh, didn't know all this or we would have cancelled staying here for sure.
Accommodations were as portrayed. Had all the things you need, no grocery shopping to fill gaps. Even had a pair of scissors. Had beach accessories and a cooler. Condo grounds were plush with tropical flora. View was outstanding.
The only thing going for this place is location. The unit has a nice view of the ocean But, it’s dated and it needs to be updated. It stated no AC but at least put in extra floor fans. When we arrived it was like a sauna with one small fan in the bedroom. There’s ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom but they do nothing. We requested a 2nd fan which was dropped off the next the day. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced at least the lounge chairs. They were torn and dirty. I’m not sure why this place received exceptional rating it’s no where near that. I almost injured myself twice from a sharp rusty metal portion of the bottom of the bed. I think another reviewer mentioned this. The appliances need to be replaced. The coffee maker is about 10 years old. A new coffee maker doesn’t cost much maybe $15 at Walmart. This was a Mr. Coffee maker. Also they only provided a 3 & 1 shampoo/conditioner/body soap . They only had 3 towels for 3 people for a 5 day stay. Unacceptable! The main thing folks need to know about this unit is the cell service is terrible. We requested a late check out since our flight was not until 10pm. They granted it for an additional hour to 11am. As we were in the process of loading our car we got locked out. We used the key code to enter at 11:02 am it would not work. This needs to be communicated to the guest. If we would have known we would have had a person stay behind to ensure we were not locked out. Terrible!!!

Perfect location for going north, south or just next door at Lydgate! Bath and bedroom could be larger, a bit cramped. A more comfortable chair (recliner?) would be nice. We've booked a slightly larger unit in the same resort for next year.

Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the water every morning and being greeted by the little chickens when we went outside. Enjoyed walking on the path in front between the property and the ocean every evening. Unit had everything we needed and was very well cleaned.
This spot has the most incredible views, convenient location to beach, beautiful walking paths, and nearby shops and restaurants. It’s quiet, clean, and has every amenity you need including easy laundry in a nearby building within the complex. Highly recommend and plan to return.
