Unit has flat screen TVs & Blue-ray players in both bedrooms, a large flat screen/Blu-ray player in living room area. This unit has 3 AC’s for maximum cooling. Downstairs bedroom has two new twin beds. Loft area has a couch with queen hide-a-bed. Living room has lovely tropical furniture, comfortable easy chair, and queen sofa bed. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only thing is that the AC in the living room does not work. It turns on but no air coming out. Dishwasher is very dirty. Other than that it was a nice place.

The condo had enough space for us, our son and his wife and two small children. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds and never missed a beautiful sunset. The condo was clean and well equipped however, “tired”. It could use some up-dates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #271 was great for our family of 6. Lanai overlooks the lower pool and grills. Condo within 2 minute walk to beach and within 8 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. There was some sidewalk construction going on at the Hale Kamaole exit but it was a minor inconvenience. Definitely planning a return soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We never had any issue finding parking and the grounds and pool were very well maintained. There was a nice breeze when the windows were open and we only used the air conditioner one day. The wifi worked great and was easy to use. We never even turned on the tvs but it was nice that there was one in each bedroom. I would absolutely stay at this property again.
