We loved the condo! It was an easy walk to the main strip with all the stores and restaurants. Condo very quiet and clean. The people in Hawaii are so friendly! Amazing trip. Would definitely come back

This condo was one of the best I have stayed in. I travel a lot. It was fully stocked with kitchen attire to beach gear. The location was perfect for us to walk to dinner every night. And my favorite shave iced stand.
The condo was perfect. It had everything we could have wanted for our stay in Hawaii. The location to town could not have been better. We could walk to dinner every night.There were snorkels, boogie boards, towels etc.
Super convenient location. Property was spacious and equipped with beach stuff. Had to hunt a bit for towels and didnt find extra bath towels untill last day. Check the dresser for those...Few minor housekeeping issues...clean sheets were in the dryer for the pullout...that took ages to discover and a bit frustrating when its late. And the coffee pot was dirty with old coffee still in the caraffe. No bugs. Very comfortable. Would stay here again. One kitchen item that I would suggest the owner gets...a pizza pan. Would totally stay here again
This was there first trip for my son and I together and the location was perfect, as well as the condo. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! My son loved to go to the pool and hot tub in the evening. I would definitely recommend staying here!
You can't beat the location and the pool and complex are well cared for. The residents we're very quiet and mostly friendly.

Property was clean and well furnished with beach equipment, two blocks from the pier. Disappointingly the pool was having maintenance done and was closed, informed the landlord, who apparently was unaware, they credited us an appropriate amount. Overall I would recommend this property.
Easy walk to Kona restaurants, shops and farmers market. This was a comfortable place to relax after active days of hiking and snorkeling.

This condo is great ! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Quick and pleasant response by email to one question I had during the stay. Convenient location, close to grocery stores and restaurants and to the softball fields! Close to beaches but we just enjoyed the hot tub and pool area instead.
They had everything that you could possible need for an amazing stay here! So many extras like beach gear, toys and even life jackets for kids! The hosts was so kind and accommodating and quick at answering any questions. Spacious place and clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Great condo for the 2 of us in the perfect location. Nice pool view, walking distance to all of downtown Kona. The owners absolutely have you covered if you forgot something. Would rent again in a heartbeat!
This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property manager responded to my question regarding snorkeling gears promptly. It was easy to get to the property from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped for our needs. There were welcome gifts of local beer and snacks! We enjoyed Kona coffee provided as well. We used and felt grateful for the snorkeling gears, the beach chairs & umbrella, the mineral sunscreen spray, and the aloe gel. The in-unit washer & dryer were very convenient. The ceiling fan and the AC units worked well. Oh, and the property is a mere 10-minute walk away from the Kona Pier, where the Ironman swimming leg starts. It’s also close to shops, eats, and markets. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo has everything you can possibly need and the hosts are extremely nice to share their home with you. It has a full kitchen with spices, cooking oil, you name it, they have it. It has snorkle equipments, beach embrella and chair... The condo community has a swimming pool too. The condo is also very quiet, no traffic, in a community where quiet hours are from 10-7, so we've had 7 nights of good sleep.
Location is walking distance (9 minutes) to downtown Kona and beach. We've had a great time.
Some people found it hard to find this condo but we found it pretty easily. Just zig-zag through the parking lot to the swimming pool and the condo entrance is on the other side. If you walk to downtown and back, follow the pretty and shaded entrance road straight out and in.
