We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our anniversary. We enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the lanai while watching spinner dolphins off the coast. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler for beach excursions. The location could not be beat. We definitely can’t wait to come back to this piece of paradise!

Loved this unit. It was located right on the water and had the perfect ocean view. NOTE: There is no beach access at this property but their is a pool. Overall, the property was well maintained and close to everything; restaurants, shops, beachlets, parks, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. Nice and quite too. For the price you can't beat this gem of a condo, it was a great way to explore Kailua Kona.

The view is stunning. You can hear the waves while you sleep, it’s so peaceful. You can see dolphins in the distance. The sunsets are indescribable. All the decor was intentional and beautiful. Everything you need was provided. Loved the kitchen, clean and stocked with appliances. Check in was very easy, and communication was great. One of the best Vrbo experiences I ever had. Mahalo!

We had a lovely stay at Kona Isle. The unit was comfortable and close to town. The views were fantastic and the people from Knutson and associates were quick to respond to any questions or needs that arose. We are definitely considering a return visit in the near future and would book this property again.

While this condo is very basic, it has what we needed, and the view from the lanai is wonderful. A couple of minor things had to be fixed, and Knutson & Associates immediately responded to our message to arrange for them to be successfully fixed.
