*Starting July 22nd Kona Makai will be starting the exterior painting project on Building 4.
Currently they are estimating between 1.5 - 2 Months to complete each building for this work.
Their current order for the painting of the buildings mentioned below with the possible affected dates.
Building 4 7/22 - 9-22
Building 5 9/22 - 11/22
Building 3 11/22 - 1/22
The painting and spalling contractor has agreed to take a break from work for Ironman and the Christmas holidays. Work will stop from October 21st-29th for Ironman. Work will stop from December 23rd- January 3rd for the Holidays
All dates are subject to change and Knutson & Associates has no say or control in if dates are changed. Dates are given by the complex's hired painting vendor.
The mentioned work will be affecting access to units at possible given times between the work being done on the building. Kona Makai will be sending notices of more specific dates that access will be affected between work hours. We unfortunately cannot provide any given dates for this.
